Done Epics are not showing on Jira plans for Sprint teams, they are for Kanban teams.

I'm using Jira Plans to visualize epics assigned to shared Kanban and Scrum teams. Epics have been done recently for both types of teams.  Done Epics for the Kanban teams are showing in the Plans.  Done Epics for the Scrum teams are not showing.  Is there some difference in the tickets that would display that is associated with the type of team that was created...Kanban vs Scrum?

Hi @John Masetta

If you just show the scum board as a source in the plan the Epic's fro scrum team won't show.

Check the sources of your plan, use the projects or use a filter to also get all the epics from the scrum teams.

Or check the hierarchy of the plan used by scrum teams, is this from Epic to Sub-Task, or only from Story to Sub-Task.

Thanks for the suggestions, Marc.  The plan is derived from the Project with no filtering.  So, in the same plan with different views and filtering only on the Teams, Done shows for the Kanban teams and not for the Scrum teams (rejected are also not displayed).  There is no change in this behavior influenced by the plan hierarchy.  There are no Done or Rejected Epics, Stories, or Subtasks displayed for the Scrum teams.

Done for the Scrum teams does display on the scrum boards which are based on the following filter: project = EPLMU and type not in (Sub-task) ORDER BY Rank ASC.

I'm still researching on my end by creating a project in our test environment to demonstrate various configurations which mimic the production project.

I can't replicate your issue

If I create a new Epic on a scrum project add child issues set all issues to done, including the Epic.

I see the done Epic in the plan, I have only used the single project as a source.
