Adding Jira Users in Portfolio Team

How do we add Jira users to Team in Portfolio, we're getting No Matches for Jira User Should something else be done?

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

Hi Adrian,

The process is covered in this doc, however the user search field in the teams is a user picker and It sounds like you are missing the 'Browse Users' Global Permission, which is required to use the autocomplete function in the field.  If you are missing this permission the field will only return 'No Match'
