2 teams with different skill sets in one Jira Portfolio and default estimates?

hi! I'm trying to setup a release portfolio for the multiple teams. Each team has it's own project in Jira and each team in reality has it's own set of skills. Let's say:

Team A

Frontend 30%

Backend  30%

Auto Testing 20%

Manual Testing 20%

Team B

Backend 70%

Auto Testing 30%

I want to use auto marks for each team before I do an estimation of all features since I don't always have all features estimated in a backlog in advance. Portfolio only allows me to have same skill set across all the teams and requires me to go to the story point estimate section and put zeros manually, what remove the default estimate from the issue. Is there any way to have default estimates and different skills across the teams?
