How to Transfer community leadership from company account

The following does pertain to any specific product and I am selecting JIRA simply because there is no option for Community as product itself being selected.

 

I have been contributing here on Atlassian community for a couple of years and I remember being so proud when Atlassian reached out to me to become a community leader.

This was a joy to see my contribution was being recognised.

However, I had been using my company account for all the contributions and now wonder if there is anyway to move the account accomplishment from my company account to my private account (yes, yes, I should have done this from the onset and I at times feel foolish thinking about it).

So has anyone an idea what is the correct process to go through in a situation like this and who to reach out to?

Hi @Ismael Jimoh 

We have recently updated our process for migrating a community account.  We have a complete guide over in https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Announcement-articles/Usernames-privacy-email-changes-alter-egos-and-you/ba-p/1056964

But I will tell you that the change you describe, if you cannot change the email on the account within https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility then we require a support ticket over in https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/?inquiry_category=account_management&reason=update_contacts&support_type=customer

In that support ticket we will explain some options for making such changes to the account if possible.
