Please let me know how to make the notifications sent from Jira service desk to be marked as "High Importance" . For example: When a Incident ticket is created with Priority High, the notification email to the assignee or watchers should be sent by High Importance marked. 

As per Atlassian document, space.category should work in CQL search (Advanced search in confluence). But when I try to search using CQL, it doesnot provide any results. Do anyone have faced this issue or know how to solve it ? I am using confluence server 7.4.13

In Confluence 6.11.2, when I do a particular space export, the zip files DOESNOT contain exportDescriptor.properties and entities.xml in it. It only has attachments.

In the viewindexqueue.action, from where is the count fetched from ? Is it from Database or any other action. Example: Number of items in queue: 784960 From where is the data fetched "784960" ? Intention is to set up alert when count increases 1000.
