Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Anyone with points and badges not adding.

I observed this with multiple challenges: At Your Service, Early AI-dopter, Automate all things, and Save me a seat where the challenges were not marked as completed, and the points/badges were not awarded. Has anyone else experienced this? -Rishabh
