API Instability and Errors with wrong status-code/no response
For the last week or so, I’ve seen an increasing number of errors from the Trello REST API. The errors are kind of odd as they are HTTP 202 Accepted status codes, but with blank error messages (HTTP.Response is an empty string), instead of the normal 200 OK Status code It is very sporadic, with all requests failing for 3-5…

Various questions on Card Mirroring vs the RestAPI and PowerUps
Cool that we now have card Mirroring 🙌, but would it be possible to get some information about how Card Mirroring works in the REST API and PowerUps (as they are not yet documented on https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/trello/rest) So far I have 5 questions on the matter: 1. How do you add a Mirror of a Card via the…

Batch Update Preferences Across multiple Boards
If you are a Trello Admin like me, you probably have a lot of boards to manage over one or more workspaces. So when new settings for the boards come along (Example the "Show Completed Status on Card Front") there is quite a bit of work. Me, as both an Admin and a Developer, had it quite easy, as I just made a Script via…

Sometimes when a list has only zero or one card in it and you press the '+ Add a card' button, instead of showing…

Like any other software system, Trello has various IDs for its boards, cards, lists, checklists, etc. While these IDs are essential for Trello Developers you might as a non-developer think: big deal, who cares, why do I need to know about IDs in Trello?... Well you don't, but if you do, you actually get access to some…

"Get Cards on Board" endpoint can't return list as nested resource...
When using the endpoint: https://api.trello.com/1/boards/<boardId>/cards/?key=<key>&token=<token>&list=true With the "&list=true" optional property, this is ignored and the List object are not returned... This work on a single GetCard Endpoint, but not the "multiple cards" endpoints, despite all the other nested resources…

Trello REST API Compression?
Hi, I was wondering if there are any options to enable response data compression? I know there is various ways to reduce what data comes back, but due to the nature of the data, it would benefit hugely in payload size if compression was used (assuming the servers can compress the data fast enough)... Has this already been…
