Bulk importing Word Documents as Knowledgebase Articles
Hi, I'm keen to learn if it's possible to bulk import Word documents as KB articles. I know it's possible to individually import Word docs and manually configure them as KB articles, but if we have 200+ of these it seems a bit laborious. Has anyone faced this before?
