[JWM & JSW] set a value in the Parent field after issue creation
I would like to create an automation rule which is triggered by Issue created. When some conditions are met, I would like to set the issue key in the Parent field. The issue key is always the same, for example HRA-36. Do you know how to do it? I was trying with Edit issues but no actions were performed.

Merge ideas - how do you use this feature?
Recently, I've been exploring the features of Jira for Product Discovery, and one feature that has caught my attention is the Merge feature. I'm a bit puzzled about its purpose and how it can be useful, so I thought it would be great to start a discussion here and gather insights from the community. Like many of you, when…

Since December has just started, share the gifts you still remember today. They don't have to be the best - they have to be remembered! 🎁🎁🎁 Of all the gifts in my life, I remember the animal nightgown the most 😂 I was about 5-6 years old. 👻 Very spooktacular banners on the Customer Portal 👻
Spooky day, isn’t it? Halloween is an excellent opportunity for team-building. We know that sometimes employer branding actions can be invented on the last call and internal communication is a key to a well-performed event. But how to make sure everybody gets the message? Mails and communicators can fail, and posters are…

Why are you here? 🤔
As autumn evenings inspire reflection, I began to wonder why people are active on forums. I'm thinking of our community, but also sites like Reddit, Quora, or StackOverflow. I had such a passionate discussion about it at home (my partner is a developer and an active member of StackOverflow) that this is probably good…
