Is Automation for Jira included in JSD server 4.14?
I havent yet loaded JSD 4.14 but does anyone know whether the Automation for Jira app is now included in the base product or does it still need to be purchased separately? That also extends to the next JSM update to JSD? cheers

JQL to filter operational categorization on tier 1 and 2
Is there a way to use JQL to filter issues by operational categorization using both tier 1 and tier 2 fields? its seems to only allow targeting the tier 1 value.

Service desk trial license update
I have a trial license for Service Desk that expires shortly. I bought a Starter license the other day, however I cant see how I can change the license key. When I go the Versions & Licenses page and click on the pencil next to my trial license key, nothing happens - I cant get it to show me an editable license key box.…
