Are there plans for this feature to allow move of config from one sandbox to another? many large clients use multiple staging environments.

The current published limit for cloud is 1 million asset objects so i recommend going down this path. We dont have any customers anywhere near this limit but many doing what you want - managing IOT devices. Btw Atlassian is working to lift the limit to 3 million.

The only production grade way to do this that i know of currently is to use the Graph API library and create your own calls/automation/scripts to process data into Jira as per client specific rules. There is a hurdle if you haven't done this before and whilst there is quite a bit of documentation out there, its not…

will be a physical challenge, lots of road flooding around!

I'll certainly be coming along, will be nice to have a live event again! Looking forward to meeting everyone :)

Is there any timing on adding JSM capability to the cloud/cloud migration of cloud site, which currently doesn't do JSM?

and probably the better path is to use the insight object field which can be shown on the portal and scope it to show only 'enterprise applications' (for example) so it all becomes dynamic and no need to use manual lists.

The issue you will have with this is that customers cannot see the Affected Services field in the portal request type, whereas they can see the components field. I agree that there is huge value in moving to the use of Services but you will need a different approach if you want customers to choose a Service. One solution…

Is there any date on reopening this EAP? would love to get involved.

Further explanation on this, regarding why some notifications are received: Customer notifications are not sent because its not possible to set a request type on a subtask. Jira agent notifications are sent. When a subtask is created by an agent or automation actor, that person becomes the reporter, but more importantly,…

Hi Mark, I would like to hear about the roadmap/timeline of Confluence cloud developments. There is a material gap regarding customisation ability between server and cloud which i think is currently turning Confluence server customers away to other cloud solutions. cheers john

Great thanks Walter

ok thanks i see that in the basic query builder; i was trying to type that into teh advanced part but now see it will look something like this in advanced "Operational categorization[Select List (cascading)]" in cascadeOption(10652, 10653). thanks.

Hi Jack, Sure. You know how this field is a cascading list, tier 1 or level 1 is set to say 'Configuration' and tier 2 or level 2 is set to 'Firewall' (these are default option examples in JSD server). So using this categorization i have lots of issues with different categories. I want to use JQL to filter specific…

Hi Anne-Marie, welcome and perhaps see you at the next local event :)

Thanks Andy, There is nothing specific I need other than having flexibility; clients can use different terminology. Also the API source would be better to name since we often have multiple incoming integrations. Having a list for source that can be edited would be ideal. Where Jira natively wants to set the source for say…

Thanks Nic, that makes sense. Cheers.

Thanks Jimmy, We are not yet a partner so dont have access to the partner portal. To become a partner I have been told to first become certified. I can see the technical training on the Atlassian University site, however i dont see the sales training.
