Hi @Matt McCarl, Thanks for the details. Loom signs you in through your default browser, which then returns you to the app. If clicking Sign In does nothing, the browser-to-app handoff is likely failing. I’d check these one by one, in order: Set a default browser, such as Chrome or Edge; otherwise, Sign In won’t work.…

Hi @Matt McCarl, Have you had a chance to download the latest version of Loom? What error message are you seeing?Through your browser? If your account works there, my first thought is that a fi Can you log in rewall or another setting on your computer may be blocking the Loom app. Cheers, Martin

Hi @john lehane, In Jira, I would expect an error like "You don’t have access". It would only make sense for a team-managed space in Jira that has been switched to private. Could you share a screenshot of the lock message you see, with any sensitive details blurred? As an alternative, it would also be helpful to know…

Since there’s still no accepted solution to these questions, LynnG is right about the SSH host key mismatch. I’d remove the outdated entries for both the hostname and IP address using `ssh-keygen -R bitbucket.org`. Then, add the current keys with `curl https://bitbucket.org/site/ssh >> ~/.ssh/known_hosts` and verify them…

Hi Matthew, I guess from the title Tim Ma is in a team-managed space and changing the issue hierarchy is not global. The work type hierarchy is set site-wide for company-managed projects, and only lets you add levels above Epic. In team-managed projects, the hierarchy is fixed per project (Epic, standard work types,…

Hi @Tim Ma, I would not try to nest a Bug under a Task, because team-managed projects only have three levels: Epic, then standard work types like Task, Story, and Bug, then Subtask. Bug and Task sit on the same level, so a Bug can only live under an Epic or become a Subtask. I see two practical options: Keep the Bug as a…

Hi @Magdalena Żabińska, It works for me on Jira and Confluence Cloud. Have you checked whether it is affecting only your browser or device, or other users as well? Is it only the PDF file you're trying to preview, since not all file types are supported? I do not see any incidents in status.atlassian.com Cheers, Martin

I agree with Connor that this feature is very unlikely to be finished in time for Compass. For long-term config as code, consider the DX Terraform provider. Atlassian says it supports config as code in DX, but I couldn't confirm whether it covers Compass component Details or Documents.

Hi, I wouldn't count on a search box in that dialog anytime soon. I voted for SRCTREEWIN-7095, but it has very few votes so far. In the meantime, you could shorten the list of branches. Have you checked to run a Fetch with Prune enabled, to remove remote tracking branches that were already deleted on the server, or delete…

Hi, yes, we do! My father-in-law and I share the same birthday, even though we’re almost 40 years apart. You can guess that he’s already quite old - but I’m still young! My theory is that my wife chose me because now she only has to organize one birthday dinner or party. 😘🤣

Hi @Aaron Baff, Have you already tested this with the new version of the Atlassian Rovo MCP server (MCP v2)? From what you describe, the update was a full-body replacement, so Confluence treats the entire page as changed in the version comparison. As @Ciro mentioned, MCP v2 includes updated and improved Confluence tools.…

My Franken-Page is a trick-or-treating field guide that consists entirely of text and tables. I stitched it back together with a different Remix format for every section, so no two body parts look alike. 🧟 Scorecard table became a bubble chart Neighborhood types became flip cards Time windows became a timeline 13 steps…

My go-to spell turns a real recipe from my personal Confluence space into a cooking deck. The page features a Chinese Bolognese recipe from an Italian-Chinese family kitchen, written in German. It made for a great test: I wanted English slides without changing the original page. Here’s the prompt I used with Remix: Turn…

Hi @Andy Gladstone, I know a least one customer that also would be affected by this enforcement. We haven't received this email not yet. But I found it also here: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/invite-guests-for-external-collaboration/ and the Jira guest docs use the same wording. They also state that…

Hi @tjacobson425, This error means, as I understand it, your OS is blocking Loom from capturing the screen, so Loom falls back to a limited mode. It is not related to your Business plan. 😎 On a Mac, I would reset the permission fully: Quit Loom from the menu bar. Open System Settings > Privacy & Security > Screen & System…

Hi @Brad Way, Welcome to the Atlassian community! Jira sets this field automatically through the workflow when a resolution is set on a transition, and the CSV importer does not let you overwrite it on existing issues. The only way to change it afterward is directly at the database level. I would not suggest that, because…

You’re a workflow doctor - helping heal broken processes, easing the frustrations of Atlassian administrators, untangling complex contexts, and prescribing better solutions. 😍

Oh, that’s a good one! I’m not sure anymore, but I remember my grandparents telling the story of how I used to feed the half-blind chicken at their place and wanted to be a farmer and a fisher. I guess I’m doing something like that now, right? I’m farming wikis and knowledge bases, and fishing for solutions to incidents…

Hi Jamie, Two quick ideas to check and narrow it down: First, ask the person tagging you to use the @ dropdown and select your name. A typed name may look right, but it won’t create a real mention. Second, take a look at the bell icon in Trello. If the mention appears there, the issue is likely with email delivery. Check…

Hi @rodrigo.marques, If you are comfortable with API calls and auth tokens: You could try triggering the backup via the REST API instead of the UI button. POST https://intelics.atlassian.net/wiki/rest/obm/1.0/runbackup Body: {“cbAttachments”: true} GET https://intelics.atlassian.net/wiki/rest/obm/1.0/getprogress As a way…

Hi @Goran Jakovljevic, Welcome to the Atlassian community! Have you been looking into Confluence if the new space is created? I would also check if the space has at least one page or a knowledge base article published before trying to link Confluence as a Knowledge space. Cheers, Martin

Hi @Ludwig Munzig, What is the snapshot for: disaster recovery, audit, or reporting? If it is reporting outside of Jira, you could use the issue history to backtrack changes while taking the snapshot. Interesting question! Cheers, Martin

Hi @Tracy Maxwell, Did you mean to restrict the upload of attachments in Confluence Cloud? You could use a custom role. Go to Administration > Roles and select Create a role. Give it a clear name, then clear the Add attachments box under Collaborate. Keep View content and any other permissions your users need, and assign…

Hi @Matt_Lightbourn, Have you tried formatting the date column as ISO dates (YYYY-MM-DD) in Excel before exporting to CSV to avoid the M/D versus D/M problem? If the goal is only to keep the data in Confluence and let people filter it without editing, a Confluence table with a filter macro might be enough. Cheers, Martin

Nice Quiz. i gonna use it tomorrow at the Leipzig ACE event to present.

Hi, My favorite weekend dinner memory actually took place on a Saturday! After my weekend run around the Kulmbach castle, I'd head straight to a small, family-owned regional spot for my favorite "trio" plate: a crispy Knusperschnitzel, a classic Cordon Bleu, and a Leberkäse stuffed like a Cordon Bleu, all served with…

Hi @Gregor Sondermeier, You’re not alone. I searched Atlassian'’s public CONFCLOUD tracker for open whiteboard suggestions mentioning cursors and found no existing request. The only existing suggestion https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-81386 that is close is about a private mode on whiteboards. I know two ways to…

@Theresa Garritano, thank you for your answer. Do we also need to add the Gemini callback domain under Atlassian Administration > Rovo > Rovo MCP server? Cheers, Martin

Hi @Jai Sachdev , Welcome to the Atlassian community! As far as I know Bitbucket Issues and Wikis were fully removed on August 20, 2026 (official sunset announcement), so only Atlassian can confirm whether any of your data is still retained. You could open a ticket right away via Atlassian Support and include your…

Hi, this is a great answer to usage-based pricing, as some customers can save on rovo credits here, right? Looking forward to getting hands-on with this!
