Hi @Srecko Anzic Try the following. 1. Create a dummy project of type "IT Service Desk", you will then get a workflow in that project which should be very close to the one that you shared in the link. You can always modify it further, the page has all the details. 2. Go to Setting (Jira Administration) > Issues > Workflows…

Hi @rani What kind of reports are you looking for? In Jira there is a native time tracking report within a project which you can use straight away. If you explain a bit more about your requirements then we can suggest how to generate the reports you are looking for. Ravi
-
Hi @Savitha Chandavar Advanced Roadmaps can definitely be used to plans 6 months in advance. Do you have your requirements listed which you want to share here? Ravi
-
Hi @Ronja A simple solution could be do just disable those notifications completely and then you can use either JQL based filter subscription or a ScriptRunner job or Automation rule to send custom email at a specific time daily. I hope it helps. Ravi
-
Hi @Fredrick Langston You can add a scripted condition to check the custom field value. I made a video showing exactly this. I hope it helps. Ravi
-
This is awesome. Will these components be available for free or standard Jira plans?
-
Thanks for the update.

Hi @Carol Low Just sent you an email :) Ravi
-
Hi @MarcSch So your support tickets are organised under epics? If you have ongoing work or maintenance or small changes to support a product then these can be just standard task (or any other issue type) under a project. Use fields like components to further classify those activities. Epics can still be created for…

Hi @Pradeep sunkari Any user who has permission can log their effort on the issues. You can however use either subtasks or simply create two separate issues. In your case you can combine workflow transitions, conditions to ensure that work log is captured when moving issue from one stage to another (dev to test). I hope it…

Hi @Helan KULANDAI RAJ Are you trying to use Automation rules? Share your rule here. Ravi
-
Hi @Nina Karjalainen These native gadgets have limited functionality. May be try adding a pie chart based on priority right next to the gadget? Ravi
-
Hi @Mohajit Acharya I never did this but it might be possible to do something with couple automation rules. Are you using due date as an end date? Since you are talking about Sprint, I believe the scope of the sprint is defined earlier. If Stories are finished on time or not on time then you will be able to look at the…

Thanks for the update @Gosia Kowalska

You can also take a look at opsgenie.

Hi @Peng Zhou Not exactly non working days per agent but there are few things that you can do based on the use case. Let us say you want to let the reporter know that the assignee is on vacation. To achieve this you can do the following. * Create a role called "On Vacation". * When agent goes on leave then add them to this…

Oh that should be easy using ScriptRunner for Jira app.
-
Hi @Sina Sultani You can get that using the following end point. /rest/agile/1.0/board/BOARDID/configuration It will give you columnConfig.columns.name I hope it helps. Ravi
-
Hi @Rudi Wagner What exactly do you want to sync? Some content from Confluence page to Jira fields or status? You can use ScriptRunner for Jira to do that, I think there was a similar question recently on the community as well. Ravi
-
Hi @Rahul Ingle Go to the issue | More | Create sub-task (if you are on cloud). Sub tasks can be created under a parent. I hope it helps. Ravi
-
Hi @Janene Pappas There is a similar discussion here. In your plan you can configure the dependencies either sequentially or concurrent but when you are using issue links it will not exactly behave like Finish to Finish. What you can do is to make sure both the issues are part of the same release. I hope it helps. Ravi
-
Hi @Pauline Hild You need a add a "Sub-Task Blocking Condition" workflow condition for your parent issue type. You can specific what all statuses your sub-task can be in for your parent issue to be able to make a transition. You can learn about workflow conditions here. Ravi

Hi @Karthika Thangavel Broadly you can do the following steps. 1. Move the user from external to internal directory. This can be done by disabling external directory and then simply creating that user and group manually (or using script for bulk users). 2. Rename the user in the internal directory. 3. Enable the directory…

Hi @Dennis Pajak You have few options. Convert Excel to CSV and use ScriptRunner Convert the Excel to CSV and you can write a Groovy script to update those issues in Jira. It again requires Groovy skills. The CSV file should be accessible by Jira. Create Insight Schema (probably a better solution) You can store this…

Hi @carla_stroppa Usually it is the person who raised the issue, it is same as creator by default unless you choose to raise ticket on behalf of someone. I hope it helps. Ravi

The following JQL can list all the children of a specific Epic. issuekey in childIssuesOf("INITIATIVE-123") More details here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiraportfolio/portfolio-for-jira-2-10-release-notes-940678731.html#PortfolioforJira2.10releasenotes-childissues I hope it helps. Ravi
-
Oh wow this is really good news. Thanks for the update @Olga Springer
-
Hi @lucas kuhn You will not get that on your Jira Software Board. You will have to refer to Advanced Roadmaps plan for that. However you can try adding quick filters or add Parent Link field in the issue card view to get a bit more visibility on Initiatives. Ravi
-
Hi @APMO You will have to perform CSV import. It works really well if you are able to export your data to a csv file then you will have to map csv columns to Jira fields. You need to create the configurations first in Jira like workflows to ensure that Jira projects can accept the data. The link I shared above will give…

Oh nice. Looking forward.
