Thanks @Teodora V _Warsaw Dynamics_ ! As much as would like to claim to be the creative genius behind this concept, I must give credits to @Louis-Pier Alie .
-
Thanks @Sarp Egemen ! Indeed, we have many integrations to develop in our backlog. Keep an eye on the app 😉
-
Thanks @Lucas_DevSamurai_ , did you drink in the same river as our friend? Looks like it wasn’t water after all 😉
-
Hi @Kishan Sharma Thanks for the comment and the like!
-
Hi @Teresa_DevSamurai , Thank you for the like! Indeed, when you add participants, they receive the invitation and it will be displayed in their calendar. From Jira, you can expand the list of participants and even see the participation status of each one. You can find more details in our documentation.

@Laurie Sciutti , an Outlook integration is definitely in our backlog. While we haven't settled yet on its priority, chances are that we'll do this sooner than later. I take it that you're voting for this 😊. Since we are developing this on the Atlassian Forge platform, it's indeed only available for Cloud. We currently…
-
Hi @Laurie Sciutti , If you have a specific integration in mind, let us know. We're always interested in learning more on the needs of our users.
-
Hi Eitan, We are the maker of Checklist for Jira and I think that our app will fit most, if not all, of your requests. * We have very powerful JQL functions, and you can display the data in the search result view. * We have customers that are using it in Structure. The trick is to use our proxy field to represent checklist…
-
Just clarifying ... you are looking for users of Atlassian's products who developed their own integration for their own needs. Not local marketplace vendors that will demo their apps from the Marketplace. Right?
-
Hi @Shahbaz Sharif , We're the makers of the Checklist for Jira server app. Our app can easily be manipulated via either ScriptRunner or Automation. However, since our app is a custom field, you could then link it to a specific Issue Type and then prepopulate the issue with checklist items without the need to use…
-
Hi @Jeanne Howe , I'm from the team behind the Checklist for Jira app. Effectively, Elements Checklist allowed users to add many columns to their Checklists. Unfortunately, to my knowledge, there are no comparable Checklist apps on the marketplace. While we do not support what Elements Checklist was doing, Checklist for…
-
Hi @Mara Julin , If you are opened to using marketplace apps, I can possibly propose another approach. In order to be completely transparent, we are the maker of the Checklist for Jira server app. You could alternatively, combine the visual qa and functional qa status together under the qa status. You then use a the…
-
Hi @SHYAM KUMAR , It looks like you are using our Checklist for Jira (Server or DC) app albeit an older version of it. I recommend you to upgrade to the latest version (6.1.0) as it contains many related template improvements. What you have done is to create templates. Templates are not applied by default to newly created…
-
Hi @Parsa Mounika , Then using the workflow function would be perfect for that. The function will add the new items (in blue) after the issue has been created. Give it a try and if you have problems, reach out to us via our support portal. Yves
-
Hi @Parsa Mounika , I see, via the screenshot, that you are using our app: Checklist for Jira. Typically, the best way do to that is via context but you mention that you can't because you already have a project selected. You can obviously create 3 different custom fields to bypass the project limitation and then control…
-
Oups, Indeed I forgot the double quotes around completion = true :-D Sorry but glad that you spotted it. I added it because you mentioned that you wanted to look for checked criteria.
-
HI @[deleted] , You added the Cloud tag but the screenshot shows the Checklist for Jira Server/DC center app. Assuming this, you can target specific items in a checklist via the itemSearch JQL function: "Acceptance Criteria" = itemSearch("name = 3a) CR Presentation requested", completion = true) OR "Acceptance Criteria" =…
-
Hi @Sai Gangadhar , Unfortunately, our app cannot, for the moment, distinguish between different Request Types since indeed they are all based on the same issue type. We are aware of the need and have this in our backlog. Unfortunately, I cannot give you a timeframe for this. Regards, Yves
-
Hi @Sumant Panda , As mentioned above, the CSV import only works starting checklist v5.1. Did you update the app? Your screenshot shows version 4.x. Yves
-
Hi @Sumant Panda , It indeed seems to be Checklist for Jira but that seems to either be server or Data Center, not cloud. CSV import is available starting with v5.1 and here's the format that need to be followed: https://okapya.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CHKDOC5/pages/2348318721/Exporting+importing+checklist+CSV+data…
-
Hi @Jitendra Vyas , Since many competitors are promoting their products, let me do the same. We're are the maker of the Checklist for Jira app, the on-premise checklist app with the most active installs. We do support all the aforementioned requests and much more. You can indeed create multiple templates that can either be…
-
Hi @Svend White , Yes, it would indeed be a little bit complex to keep up with. If you love the convert functionality, you will then fall head over heels in love with the new version coming out in 5.2. You will be able to: * Open the Create Dialog for each item to convert, thus preventing the mandatory field failure. *…
-
Hi @Svend White , It looks like you're using Checklist for Jira, our app. It would help to know which version you are using but if using number disappears, I think that you might be using an older version (4.x) instead of a newer one (5.x). In any case, if the number disappears, it's because in version 4 we ignore the…

If you really really want to bulk edit you can always temporarily remove the projects/issue types to make the context global. That would allow you to bulk edit and then you can reset the context of your field. However, I would suggest that as a last resort thing :-) Yves
-
Hi, Yves here, we're the makers of Checklist for Jira. You can indeed bulk edit but there are some important limitations. Only custom fields with a "Global Context" will actually show the global items (options). Otherwise, Jira doesn't give enough information for us to get them. So, if your custom field context is Global…
-
Hi @Dana Turculet , Actually, the cloud feature is just a sync with a text custom field. The proxy feature in DC is much more powerful but it was never thought of to be used in Power BI. It's now in our backlog. I believe that one of your colleague actually opened a ticket on our support portal. If they need help with…
-
Hi Dana, Unfortunately, the proxy field is only meant for display. It’s a use case that we didn’t envision but find it a great idea so we will add it to our backlog. In the meantime, if you have ScriptRunner, you could possibly use a Scripted Field to extract the data that you want. We have an extensive library of examples…
-
Hi @Rafal Sojka , We're the make of Checklist for Jira. You are using a Checklist Proxy to display the information on the card. This proxy has different display types parameters and you are using the "Checklist" display type. This type is more suited for displaying a readon-only checklist directly in an issue. You should…
-
Hi @Marco B_ , We actually has internal discussions about that but were not sure if it would be something useful to customers or too complex/verbose. We’re actually waiting for feedback. The best would be for you to create a feature request so that we can let you know about the progress of this improvement and even…
-
Hi @Marco B_ If you are really talking about Checklist for Jira from Okapya. I'm not sure to understand the question. With version 5, we have added assignee and due date with selectors similar to the status one. Are you talking about the Full Form Editor? Do you mind providing more details on your request? Thanks, Yves
