Impressive list @Arkadiusz Wroblewski. Welcome to the Atlassian Community and thank you for sharing your knowledge.

Hey @Biancha we're developing an app for synchronizing work items across Jira instances. I don't have specific runbooks at hand, but some thoughts which I can offer. In the context of our app, I got to know some of our customers which are using the native copy functionality to copy selected projects between Jira Cloud…

Thank you for sharing, @Amanda Barber! Our NGO consists of mainly volunteers - and we have historically always a quite diverse toolset which starts with starting their data on their personal devices instead of a centrally provided storage. We also didn't offer one in the past, so it's just natural that it has grown like…

Thank you @Shalini Pradhan for all the help!
-
Hi @Nagaraja (MicroGenesis TechSoft) as @Marc -Devoteam- and @Clara Belin-Brosseau_Elements already mentioned that's the classic use case for an issue sync app. Some people tried that with Jira Automation but what's still not possible afaik is the handling of attachments. My link above leads you to the marketplace where…
-
Hey @Maarius Urvet _Zaproo_ I'm Matthias from the Backbone team at K15t. I'm assuming you're posting your issue here in the public community because you have a free Jira license and are not able to post a support ticket yourself? Hopefully, you get some help since @Kai Krause already escalated it. In case you need…
-
Thank you for sharing your result with your fellow users, @Asier Vadillo. That's the community spirit I love.
-
No, you should have all the permissions you need. @Dhiren Notani_Exalate_ @Syed Majid Hassan -Exalate- or @Javier Pozuelo -Exalate- - can one of you provide some help?
-
Hey @Asier Vadillo you have a slight mistake in your endpoint. The correct url looks like this: https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/issue/FRGE-1801/properties This should return something like this. If you follow the self link, you should get to the actual property. { "keys": [ { "key": "jira.issue.classification",…
-
Hey @Asier Vadillo quick disclaimer: I'm not actively using Exalate, but we develop a similar app Backbone Work Sync for syncing work item data between different Jira spaces. Thus, I have some background in the topic. I've just searched the Exalate docs for some way of exporting the Exalate mappings, but couldn't find any…

Great to read about everyone's favorite causes. I usually like to support causes where I have a personal relationship to, so that I know that my time or money is well spent. Some examples: * CVJM Walddorfhäslach - that's a Christian nonprofit in my town where we run lots of youth groups, retreats, handball teams so that…
-
Thank you for the clarification. I assume you need to setup a webhook in Jira Cloud to communicate back to Freshservice - and wondered if there's a way to also pass on customfield values as placeholders (as described for some data in the docs). -> I don't think so. However, as I've said before in a Jira automation, you are…
-
Hi @Sneha Joseph I don't think it is possible to set a status when you create a Jira issue. However, you could have a Jira Automation which transitions the issue to "In Progress" depending on a certain condition, e.g. you've set a label "created_in_confluence". Cheers, Matthias.
-
Hey @Sean Lynch welcome to the Atlassian Community. I'm not exactly sure what you mean with the Jira Orchestrator app - are you talking about Jira Automation? If the answer is yes, you can simply use Jira smart values to access the custom fields. Let's say your custom field is called 'Freshservice ID', then you'd access it…
-
That depends on how you configure the form. There are three types of possible access as documented here: * Limited access: Only people with permission to create work items in your space. * Open access: Only people with a Jira license who are able to log in to your Jira site. * Public access: Anyone online with the link can…
-
I also haven't found any. @Brittany Joiner - if some exist, I'm pretty sure you know about it.
-
Hey @Nicole Boerboom, little disclaimer, I've never used MSforms, however there are some videos which describe how to create an automation in Power automate which calls the Jira REST API to create a Jira issue, e.g. this one. At the same time, you might want to check out the Jira Forms to directly collect your input with a…
-
Hey @Melbrin welcome to the Atlassian Community. I tried to do the same - and also failed right now. I'll ping some people to get more eyes on it. Cheers, Matthias.
-
Hey @Linh Nguyen I'm sorry that you experience troubles with Confluence. You've landed in the public Atlassian Community here where users help other users. We don't have access to your instance. You probably rather want to open a support ticket here instead. Cheers, Matthias.
-
That sounds exciting, @Taylor Light. I'm always interested in real life use cases how teams use AI to enrich, advance or simplify their work or life. Unfortunately, I can't tune in to the webinar right away. I hope and assume there will be a recording. What's the best way to make sure I don't miss it?
-
oh no - I was not aware of the limitations on DC that there is no for-each loop :/ But I'm glad you can work out a solution now.
-
Hey @Daniel Ruping the issue links to another Jira are not stored as usual issue links, they are stored as remotelinks. You can try to view the remotelinks if you go to the url: JIRA_BASE_URL/rest/api/2/issue/ISSUE-KEY/remotelink You can find Atlassian's documentation about the remotelink REST API here. What I'd recommend:…
-
To elaborate on @yqiao's answer. The recommeded work items sync apps help synchronizing the data into the other Jira instance (and back) so that you're able to create your unified roadmap across the organization. I'd assume that you don't need all the work items in the other instance, but only to a certain level, e.g.…
-
Glad that it worked out for you, @andy!
-
@yqiao, I've also tried finding that option with an Atlassian account which only has access to a free site, but don't see it. If it should be there, please check with your team why the option is not shown. @andy I'd also recommend what @Trudy P Claspill wrote in her other answer.
-
Fingers crossed that everything works out. If you have any other nonprofit topics to discuss, you can also raise them in the nonprofit & social impact group here in the community.
-
@Nelly Poliakov - I think this behaviour is actually intended. If I got it right, you're from Armenia and the one entry listed translates to sth. like "Ministry of Justice". The registry is not about the name of your nonprofit organization but the name of the authority in your country which manages nonprofits. E.g. in my…

I'd back this answer by @Matteo Vecchiato Here's the documentation about the API call you're calling and it doesn't contain startAt as parameter anymore.
-
Hey @Kareem Preston there's not much, we as community users can do about this. I'll try to request some Atlassian assistance and they might be able to help you out. Cheers, Matthias.
-
Hey @Hollie_Gale welcome to the Atlassian Community forums - I remember your talk in London and how we all learned how to spell Jira in sign language. I love that you share your story now here for a broader audience. Since I'm more a techie, I'm already looking forward to the followup post next week.
