Bitbucket has is own internal user base and users need to be created individually in Bitbucket. This document here explains how User creation works in Bitbucket: Create an Account This other document explains how to manage your repositories permissions, it could also be helpful: Add Users, Set Permissions, and Review…

Hi Seva, I'll reproduce here what I've commented on the support ticket you opened with us, as I believe this can help other users as well. To make an user not count towards your licence you need to remove Application Access from that user, that way he will no longer be able to log in and one user license would be freed up.…

Hi John, Make sure your user has the JIRA Users Global permission. The group users is included on the JIRA Users global permission by default, you probably gonna need to ask a user who has access to the instance and belongs to the administrators group to verify this (since you can't log in). If you're using JIRA OnDemand…

Hi Ronaldo, We have a built in timeout of 15 minutes in OnDemand, could you try performing the download using the follow wget command? $ wget -t 0 --user="MYUSER" --password="MYPASS" https://example.atlassian.net/webdav/backupmanager/Application-backup-20130725.zip It will automatically retry (and resume) the download if…

Hi Teressa, This problem was fixed on a support ticket opened on suppport.atlassian.com, I'll summarize the solution here as it might help other users: The problem was happening because due dates on tickets were being tracked by a Custom Field and not by the Due Date system field, that was causing both problems (the…

Hi Jon, Replies will be included as long as the issue key is referenced on the email's subject. Have you set up a default reporter on your Mail Handler? Does that reporter have create issue permissions on the project your mail handler is configured? If you don't have a default reporter, is the mail handler set to create…

Hello Povka, Are you able to perform other Smart Commit operations such as #comment or #time? This could be caused by as mismatch between your JIRA user email address and the email set on your Git/Mercurial client, as those need to be the same so JIRA can identify the user who's performing the Smart Commit operation. I…

The JIRA Charting Plugin actually comes bundled in OnDemand! You should be able to just add it to one of your dashboards, if you cannot find it to add it might be disabled for some reason, to check that just go to the Gear icon > Add-ons > Select User-installed on the dropbox and search for JIRA Charting Plugin and you…

Just remove the class atribute and and add size="10", it should look like this: <input id="$customField.id" name="$customField.id" type="text" value="$textutils.htmlEncode($!value)" size="10"/> Just change the number 10 with the number of caracters you want to show up. Cheers, Marlon Aguiar

Hi Andre, I believe this is happening because of your project's notification scheme. You'll have to go to your respective JIRA Project and alter the Notification scheme not notify users when issues are updated. Check this documentation as it explains in detail how notification schemes work:…

Hello there, This doesn't seem like an expected behavior. I've just tried to replicate a similar setup on a test OnDemand instance and was not able to, users following a specific space were not getting notified for other users's restricted pages, so at first sight it doesn't look like a bug. This definitely requires…

Hi Hugo, If you are referring to email accounts that are not from users in JIRA that's not currently possible. We actually have a open improvement request regarding this: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-7864 I strongly recommend you to vote for it (so it increases it priority), add yourself as a watcher (in order to…

Indeed, a post function on the Create Issue transition would do the trick!

Hi Pete, In short, there is not, notifications are set on a project by project basis and no Built In plugins Avaliable for OnDemand can achieve different notifications schemes by issue type. Kindly, Marlon
-
That's a good idea indeed, but it would only apply to workflow transitions, not for events such as Issue Commented or Issue Updated. Still is a good workaround! :)
-
Hi Pete, Unfortunately this is not possible without third party plugins and installing those is a Restricted Function in Atlassian OnDemand. We have an open improvement request to have that implemented in JIRA here: JRA-4742. I strongly recommend you to vote for it (so it increases it's priority), add yourself as a watcher…

Hi there, By looking at your chart I believe that you added some issues after starting your sprint (scope change), the problem is that the that the burndown chart guideline is generated when the sprint starts, and it will not get updated when scope change happens, so the guideline is there but is in zero. Starting your…
