Hey @Meagan - see this question - the button's moved into the board header (from the board menu).
-
Hey @Richard Denyer-Bewick the feature's not been removed, the button for filtering cards has moved out of the right-hand side board menu, and into a more easily accessible spot: the board header. You should be seeing the new "Filter" button in the header:

Hey @ianxn - I just played around a bit and couldn't find any obvious keys that currently do this. I agree that hitting 'home' should just take you to the "top" (left) of the board, I think the "page up/page down" keys should also work... I'll raise this with the team!
-
Hey @Reda - I've flagged your question with the team working on the Navigation changes. It would be awesome if you could provide feedback about what's not working for you, and what you're missing from the old navigation. Either here, or via the "Sidebar Feedback" link in the app! Cheers, Felix

If you enable the Voting Power-Up, Butler can sort your cards by the number of votes on the card.
-
You can find Trello's API documentation here: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/trello/
-
Hey @Gustavo - is your GitLab instance available publicly? Or is it only available on a VPN? I think the GitLab Power-Up may require a publicly available instance, so that the Power-Up's service can contact the GitLab instance.
-
The button's been renamed to "Automation"
-
Hey @Daniel Bush - Custom Fields is a Trello feature, not a Power-Up (anymore), so it requires a board in a paid workspace (Standard, Premium or Enterprise).
-
The VAT number field is not a required field. You can leave it blank.
-
This doesn't sound familiar - we don't close boards due to "technical issues" and we're not "overhauling the site" either (we're constantly improving Trello, and some of the changes may be an "overhaul" per-se, but there is certainly no downtime involved). I'd suggest you reach out to support via trello.com/contact so we…
-
Yup, that's still available now too! It's in the Butler "Calendar" tab -> "Create Command"
-
Hey @Rathan Beyond - can you please raise a support request at trello.com/contact? I think the account I upgraded to the newer quota might have not been the correct one (I can't see your account/email address on this forum). Thanks!
-
Hey @anton.qiu - thanks for the detailed description! I'm currently working on chasing this issue down and fixing it, with the help of the Butler team. We're aware that some scheduled commands are running multiple times erroneously - it seems to be happening specifically at "busy" times (when a lot of commands are…
-
Hey @Camille Daniel - thanks for reporting this, I'm gonna look into it & let the team know. This sounds like a bug.
-
All the Butler quotas are per-workspace
-
You can do this with Butler's variables. See https://help.trello.com/article/1157-variables You'd probably want a rule like 'when a card is added to the board, rename the card to "{cardlistname} - {cardname}"'
-
@Edouard Guerle - thanks for reporting this - your account was still on one of the legacy plans of Butler, which does not include emails. I've gone ahead and moved you to the current plan - this should resolve the issue. If you're still having trouble, please reach out to support via trello.com/contact.
-
Yes, it includes archived cards.
-
If you click through that notification, it should take you to the Butler command log, and tell you why the rule failed to run successfully. My first guess would be that Butler could not find a list named (exactly) "Complete 2021-08" to archive, or a list named "Complete" to rename.
-
Hey @Joel.Kenty - you could maybe use Checklists: https://help.trello.com/article/737-adding-checklists-to-cards
-
usmonthweeknumber will use the current date. For example, today's the 30 of August, which is week number 5 of the month of August: If you want to use the card's due date, you can use cardduedateusmonthweeknumber as a variable.
-
Hey @Rathan Beyond - the old legacy Butler Free plan did not include any email quota. The newer Trello Free plan does. You're somehow still on the old legacy plan - I've gone ahead and marked your account for migration to the newer plans, so you should be able to send emails with Butler. If you're still having trouble,…
-
Hey @Lyndsey Fletcher - my guess is that you're adding the card, then setting the custom field in another step. Butler will trigger as soon as you've added the card to the board, check if there's already a custom field set (there's not) and not execute the move. If your workflow involves adding cards, then setting the…
-
You will not be charged for existing boards using the Custom Fields Power-Up, unless those boards are in a paid workspace. Note that the Custom Fields Power-Up can no longer be added to any new boards, but it still works on existing boards that have it enabled. If you disable the Power-Up, you will not be able to re-enable…
-
Hey @milynnus - the field based wildcard references are not new, but I noticed they weren't documented - I just updated the docs here to include a little info about them: https://help.trello.com/article/1156-pattern-matching-and-wildcards
-
See https://help.trello.com/article/1156-pattern-matching-and-wildcards You could do this with a rule like: when a card with a name starting with "Test {*}" is added to the board, rename the card to "{cardnamewildcard1}"
-
Is there a migration path for existing Gold to standard? You can purchase a Trello Standard subscription for any of your workspaces - there's no automatic migration for Gold. The faq made no mention of “per workspace” Thanks, we're updating the docs as we get feedback like yours :) We're moving all the Automation quotas to…
-
Hey @milynnus check out https://help.trello.com/article/1327-trellos-plans-update-and-faq and https://help.trello.com/article/1323-what-to-do-if-your-gold-membership-is-ending Those 2 pages explain some of the changes you're asking about, especially the impact to Gold. The "Custom Fields" power up enabled on existing…

Depending on your use-case, it sounds a bit like Organization Visible boards, which is a Trello Enterprise feature.
