Hey @Sock-Key Company - please reach out to support at trello.com/contact so we can investigate what's going on here, and make sure you're on the right Butler plan. It's possible you're still on a legacy plan, if you used Butler for a while (or used ButlerBot in the past).

Hey @hieubv1306 - like @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- said, there's nothing other than finding your Trello recovery codes, or your original Trello 2 Factor Authentication device. The screen you are seeing is due to you having set up 2FA on Trello - before we allow Atlassian account to take over as the primary authentication…

Hey @Megan Marsh are your boards in the Premium workspace? Trello boards that are not in the paid workspace will be treated as "free" boards.
-
As far as I know, there's no automatic reimbursement - when you cancel a subscription, it'll run until the date you've paid until, then expire. Note that you can subscribe month-to-month, and cancel anytime.

A change to bump this limit to 50 is going out today - I've also added a mention of this limit to the help doc shared in other answers.
-
Hey @Eric Lo - the quota limits Alex and Laura shared are correct, but your question prompted me to dig in a bit, and it turns out there is another limit at play, that you may be hitting. Butler currently caps the number of addresses it'll send to (per "send email action") to 10 - there should be a warning message in your…

Hallo Marko, vielleicht hat jemand auf deinem Board das "Card Aging" Power-Up installiert? Siehe https://help.trello.com/article/820-card-aging VG Felix
-
Hey @Molly Perello - would love to understand your use-case in more detail, and maybe I can suggest some solutions other than mirroring cards. We're rolling out a bunch of features centered around gaining perspective across cards on multiple boards, so if that's the reason (reporting), maybe check out the Workspace Table…
-
Hey Emily, it sounds like what you're looking for is Workspace table view - it lets you view data from multiple boards.
-
Hmm sehr komisch - Ich hab dieses Problem dem zuständigen Team gemeldet. Mittlerweile sollten alle Benutzer den "Filtern" Button sehen.

Hey @[deleted] - does the command log for these commands indicate anything as to why it's not working? It's important to note that the rules you posted only trigger upon setting the custom field in the "when" clause ("Probability" for the first, "Effort" for the second). The next part of the command is a condition ( in a…
-
Hey @Lida Peat yes, you can automatically notify reviewers in Trello. That said, Trello doesn't really have a concept of who you consider a reviewer, so you could set up a rule to notify anyone that's added to the card, or notify the mover to add a reviewer and ping them. For more information on Butler (Trello's automation…
-
Hey @Madeline Heeb - what you're describing is possible, but you'll need to structure your rule(s) a bit differently. The "on the day a card is due" trigger means that the rule will run on the date of the card's set due date. The next part of your rule is a condition, which is checking whether the due date is between 1 and…
-
Hey @Matt McDonald - I just checked our system, and it seems like the email associated with your Atlassian account is not what you're typing in on the screenshots you've posted - do you log into your account with "Log in with Google"? Maybe try that, or type your gmail.com address (you should be able to look it up on…
-
Sounds like the List limits power-up - you can set a maximum number of cards, probably set to 3 in your case :)
-
Following up on this issue: the fix for this should be rolling out today!

No. If you authorize the Google Drive Power-Up in Trello, you're just giving your Trello account the ability to view your Google Drive. Any files you attach to Trello cards via the Google Drive Power-Up remain inside Google Drive, and will respect the permissions applied in Google Drive. Other Trello users can't see the…

See https://help.trello.com/article/1157-variables for a list of the variables you can use. What you're looking for is {cardlink}

@Rhys Campbell the "the moment a card is due" trigger is under the "Due dates" tab (on the left hand side, in the Butler "tabs"). There's a couple of other triggers that let you define when you want to run the rule in more detail (days before/after due date) too.

You can hit ? in the app to show shortcuts, or go to https://trello.com/shortcuts/ The . and , keys move the card you're hovering over left or right. You should be able to see what changes were made in the right hand side activity feed (in the board menu, you might need to hit the "show menu" button in the top right of the…

You can publish articles here on the Atlassian Community too: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/bg-p/trello-articles

I'd recommend creating multiple Trello accounts, and switch between them using the "Switch account" feature in the header (click your avatar -> switch account). Depending on your situation, mixing in personal and business boards can become problematic, because businesses can claim their email domain, and manage users on…

Hey @Dennis Mariman I just played with this a little, and you're right, this does seem to not be working - I've raised this as a bug with the team that owns Trello's search! We're actually currently looking for feedback on search specifically, and how we can make it better, so if you have suggestions, feel free to post…

They're definitely still there. One thing that I think changed recently, is that the animations no longer show up if you have configured "Reduce motion" in your OS.
-
Hey @Rhys Campbell - thanks for all the details. You can definitely create a workflow as you describe, but you'll probably want to leverage due dates to do this for a couple of reasons: * It'll mean that if you're viewing your board in calendar view, you actually see when these projects will next need following up * You…

Hey @isbur - this is a bug - I've raised it with the team responsible. As a fellow Firefox user, I'm sorry & I feel your pain. I think the support form issue you're reporting may be due to some extension though - that's working fine for me. Felix

Hey @CR - Contas a Receber some of the newer Butler UI, like the "Add card" experience on the card-back is translated into all languages Trello supports. At the time of writing the Butler command language is English only, and the Butler rules administration UI and command log is also English only. Moving to Premium will…

If you've got a bunch boards you use frequently, you might want to star them - they'll appear above the recently used boards. You can even drag and drop them to reorder how they appear.

Click on any of the labels on any card to toggle showing or hiding labels.

Hey @Steelkoo - I wrote this article a while ago to explain how we do this with Butler: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Automating-cleanup-A-way-to-use-Butler-to-keep-your-board-tidy/ba-p/1685337
