Hey Kevin, you'll probably want to reach out to Trello support for questions like these. Atlassian Community is the public forum, so you're less likely to get help specific to your account. I did manage to find your ticket requesting a refund and track down your workspace in our support tooling. It seems like we cancelled…

Close the board first, then you'll see a page with a link/button to fully delete the board.
-
It's "colorblind friendly mode". Click on "Show menu" in top right of your board -> "More" -> "Labels", then at the very bottom there's a button that says "Disable colorblind friendly mode"
-
Hi Mark, There's no way to add additional colors for labels right now. However, based on your use-case, I think you'd really benefit from looking at Butler Automations for your Grocery Trello board. after you've gone shopping and you moved them to a completed list, you want to return the task to the correct category list…

I'll preface the answer by saying that we fully intend Trello to never be down! We have done, and are continuing to do a lot of work focused on reliability and performance of Trello. Whether a rule can be re-run depends on the rule trigger, and when & why Trello is down/not responding, and at what point in the execution…

Hey @Jake - this is a bit unfortunate, and we should probably be sorting the field items before returning them. Nevertheless, you will have to rely on the idCustomField value to tell you which custom field the custom field item value refers. Basically, you have the "customFields" which can be retrieved from…
-
Hey @George Joubert there should be a link below the "Butler could not run your rule <command>" notification to open the command log. This should tell you why the command failed to run. Felix
-
Hey @Mads Thaarup Why don't you just create a new workspace and move all the boards you want to keep to that?
-
I wrote an article on how I track my home maintenance tasks in Trello: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Using-Trello-Butler-to-track-home-maintenance-tasks/ba-p/1622658 They're perpetual, but (mostly) not daily - might still serve as inspiration for a setup that serves your needs in Trello!

Do you need to move the cards? (For example to trigger some kind of automation in the "To Do" list? If not, and the idea is just to reset the board, I'd create a board button, which lets you rename and move lists, like: * rename list "To Do" to "Temp", rename list "Done" to "To Do", rename list "Temp" to "Done", and move…

Hey @Igor _ Rubberplants - it's great to hear the workspace table view is useful to you! I'm super interested in how you're using Trello & the workspace Table view that you're hitting the 20 board limit. Can you tell me more? For what it's worth, this limit was put in place to both protect Trello, and protect the user…

Update @Leslie Rieger I think we've figured this one out (and it's not a bug!). Your button command's date variable includes an extra space, which seems to be trimmed in a bunch of places, like on the front of Trello card, so it's really hard to spot. I've managed to get your example working, by changing: To Do List {date~…
-
Hey @Leslie Rieger - I can reproduce the issue you're describing, and I'm puzzled as to what's going on. The team's looking into it. I can get it to work without the date variable, so likely some bug crept in that's affecting this. I'll post an update here once we've figured this out & sent a fix out.

Hey @Pascal Raabe there's unfortunately no easy way (without writing some code) to restore the old behavior, as far as I'm aware. Link cards have replaced that functionality (previewing the link as a card). That said, we know folks like you (and me 😅) who want to use labels/checklists/descriptions and other Trello features…

Trello's native custom fields feature is supported in the mobile apps. See https://help.trello.com/article/1067-using-custom-fields
-
Totally fair @Fiona Kelner - I've brought this up with the team internally, so we can improve how often we update the VPAT, and make it easier to find! Anecdotally, I can tell you that our engineers take a lot of care and consideration when making changes to Trello, to ensure we're improving the accessibility of the…

Using Butler for something like this might be frustrating, because you'd create multiple sources of truth for this content. I wonder if your requirements could be met with the Workspace Table view: https://help.trello.com/article/1235-workspace-table-view It'd allow you to set up a filter for upcoming, due and overdue…
-
We have a bunch of information about accessibility in Atlassian products here: https://www.atlassian.com/accessibility - the Trello VPAT might help you determine the level of accessibility that currently exists.
-
@Hannah Humbert - Simpla Workflows I think the current behavior is that if you are added (or add yourself) as a member of a card, you'll watch the card. I don't think the same applies for commenting on a card though. (Although I do recall this being discussed, mostly for the opposite reason, where people would be wondering…
-
Un-watch the board or card: https://help.trello.com/article/799-watching-cards-lists-and-boards You get notified if you are mentioned whether you're watching the card/board or not.
-
What API route are you calling? 504 is a timeout, so likely whatever you're doing is taking too long/is trying to do too much work.
-
Hey @Ayush Mishra - Trello's API does not support OAuth 2.0 currently. The API supports OAuth 1.0 and there is documentation on how to authorize clients here: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/trello/guides/rest-api/authorization/
-
Hey Alex, Trello has a couple of these too, see trello.com/shortcuts - they're a bit buried though, and I think they only work on the webapp and desktop app - not sure if these work on mobile. Here's the relevant shortcuts:
-
Hey @Kieran Kinsella - you're correct, archived cards are not deleted automatically by Trello at any point. The card would be deleted only if the entire board is deleted, or the card itself is manually deleted.
-
Trello's paid plans (Standard tier and up, see https://trello.com/pricing) allow you to upload files up to 250MB in size.
-
Trello's API expects all dates to be passed in UTC. You'll likely either need to do this conversion in your google form or in automate.io before passing it to Trello.
-
Hey @Даниил - we're trying to determine which extension causes this - can you share which one did it for you?
-
Hi! We're seeing a few reports of this, and our current suspicion is that this is caused by a browser extension. If you're having this issue, you'd help us figure out what's going on by letting us know the browser and version, as well as which (likely relatively popular) browser extensions you're using. If you want to go…

Do you have any automation set up? Click the "Automation" button in the top right of the board and check that there's no rules, due date or scheduled commands that are doing this. If it's automation, the activity feed should also read "via Butler" next to the timestamp.
-
Hey, thanks - I found your ticket in the system. The limit you've hit is something the team's currently working to raise or remove for all Premium plans.
