Single board guests are never billed. You can add as many guests as Trello will allow. Currently the limit for members per board is quite high (over 1000). Any guests (non-workspace members) that are on more than one board (multi-board guests) are billable.

Hey @Peter Bagi - we've recently removed the Hangouts power-up, as Google has sunset the Hangouts service in favor of Google Chat - see https://support.google.com/chat/answer/9854901 In terms of other power-ups that allow video meetings, there's join.me in the Power-Up Directory - I've never personally tried it though.…

1. Yes, the `/checklists` endpoint doesn't support pagination currently 2. Looks like you're just missing `limits`? I don't think that's currently available via the `/cards` route. Same with `creationMethod` - also currently not available. Why do you need these fields?
-
Hey @hp Likely what's going on here is that your board has a lot of checklists, and it's taking Trello longer than the time allowed (30 seconds) to process and return them. Technically, this is something we need to fix. We don't use this API internally in our clients, so it's not optimized for large boards at this point. I…

I don't know that there is or has ever been a built-in way to show the card description on the card front. You can show Custom Fields on the card front, maybe you were using those?
-
Hey @Sydney Kohm - I just recently discovered a Butler Automation action that'll do this! Click "Automation" in the top right of your Board -> go to Rules tab -> Create command. Then click the "Dates" tab to find a trigger like "when I enter a card name containing a date" and the action "set due on the date" - you can even…

You're going to want to check the product code on the organization (workspace), not the member. Member products is for per-user products, like Trello Gold (which is discontinued). Trello Standard/Premium offerings are on the organization.

Yeah, this is what I meant. Unfortunately for custom power-ups this is how it works right now. I shared this with the team and they're aware of it, and are considering improving this in the future, but there's no concrete plans or timeline yet (it's in the backlog though).
-
Hey Dean! Custom Power-Up listings are scoped to a single workspace. You can create another listing for the additional workspace on https://trello.com/power-ups/admin and point it to the same Power-Up deployment as the one that's working already.
-
A workaround might be to copy the card (with labels) on the same board, then remove the labels, and then copy the new card (now with no labels) to the other board?
-
Butler has a spam reporting system internally. Your customer likely clicked a link in the footer of a Butler-sent email and unsubscribed/blocked their email address from receiving emails from Butler. They should be able to undo this by clicking that same link in an old email from @trellobutler.com

Hey @Lena Weichert @Alex W thanks for raising this. I've created an internal issue for the team to look into fixing this. It's unfortunate Yahoo! Mail handles links like this - as Ben pointed out in his blog, it's valid HTML, and other mail clients have no problems with it - nonetheless I think we can implement the…

Hey @Kirk Wang The ideal thing to do would be to migrate your automations to the UI version of Butler, and off the bot. Butler Bot has been sunset (for years now) & is no longer officially supported, and while there's no immediate plans to turn it off, that might happen in the future. I know not all automations that were…

Butler does not have an OR for triggers - only a single trigger per command. An OR would not solve the problem you're having either, because a card can only be in a single list at once, so having "When card moves into list A OR list B" as a trigger would still trigger the command when the card moves into list A, and again…

Hi John! I really like the idea of showing card colors on the timeline! I think there's a bunch of potential improvements we can still make to that view, and I'll share this post with the team. If you want to provide more specifics about how you'd expect colors to work, that would help us prioritize too! Also generally any…

Hey @Herschel Neal I'm not really sure - we don't support ClickUp's importer or have any visibililty into what's going on inside it & the errors you're seeing - you might want to reach out to ClickUp's support team for this one! Cheers, Felix PS: If you want to share why you're considering migrating your data, the feedback…

Hey @Rafael - Proplan The name on the button may have changed, but the mechanics behind board membership and which Trello users are billable on a Premium (or Standard) workspace have not. See https://help.trello.com/article/855-how-billing-works-with-trello-premium-and-standard TL;DR; You can add a Trello user, who is not…

Does the command log say anything? Was the command triggered?

Hey @Mats Forsén Thank you for reporting this. I can reproduce this issue, and it definitely looks like a bug in our web-app. I've reported this to the team, and they'll look into it asap. Felix

If you want clients to be able to only add cards to your board/lists, you could consider something like https://www.bluecatforms.com/ to allow clients to submit requests/create cards on your board

That Power-Up is a third party offering, so you'd need to ask the vendor that question. They're active on this community too - @Adam Cao https://www.tinypowerups.com/privacy <- this is that vendor's privacy policy. In general, if you grant an integration to access your account in Trello, you'll be presented with what data…
-
Hey @Manuela H - congrats on having so many clients! 😄 In addition to Nathan's suggestions, you could also check out the External Share Power-Up which lets you create links for each client to see a sub-section of the board, based on filter criteria you define.
-
@Ricardo B. thank you for the detailed report. I've forwarded this to the Butler team to dig into and fix as soon as possible. Definitely seems like something's amiss here. I'll update you here once we've figured it out and deployed a fix. As a temporary workaround, you might be able to solve this issue by going to the…

Hi Caroline, Yes, there's a few ways to do this kind of thing in Trello. One way is to use the built in Automation with Butler, to manage task dependencies another way is something like the Hello Epics Power-Up or Card Family Power-Up
-
Seems like you're maybe not an admin of that board? You need to be a board admin to close the board.
-
Hey @sergiuszkierat - our webhooks error rates look normal right now, and I can't see anything obviously wrong from our logs and metrics. Are you able to verify whether the webhook's being called (ie. is Trello making calls to your service)? Trello does disable webhooks that fail consistently over a long period of time,…

I'm fairly sure this is a Slack issue. I don't think Slack's link unfurls are "live" - they are generated when the message appears in Slack and don't update after that. Not sure there's anything we (Trello) can do about this.
-
Cascading is not available as a trigger, only an action category. It is available in Trello Free. What are you trying to automate? If you share some details around what you're trying to do, we might be able to suggest how to accomplish it :)

Hey Mark, there's a good comparison of the different versions of Trello at https://trello.com/pricing with some more information at https://trello.com/standard and https://trello.com/premium
