Hi! You can use Butler variables to set the new list name: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/butler-variables/ For your use-case there's also date arithmetic and formatting options available: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/arithmetic-and-formatting-in-date-variables/ To name the list, for example "Done -…

Leider, nein.
-
Any triggered command, rules included, count as a command run. Note that this also includes Butler card and board buttons.
-
You should be able to see why this automation is failing in the rule's command log. See https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/opening-the-command-log/
-
You will not get notified for any actions you are doing yourself, only actions other users do on the cards/lists/boards you are watching. The only notifications you're likely to get are due date notifications (card... is due in X hours)
-
The intention is to use one workspace per context. You can use features like collections to organize boards. Even with all the projects and employees you mentioned, it'd be a small workspace (relative to what I've seen internally at Trello, and externally)
-
Yes, you are correct, Enterprise is the only offering that allows billing multiple workspaces together. If you need multiple premium workspaces, they will each be billed individually.

You applied a filter, probably via a shortcut key by mistake. "q" is the most common one, which filters the whole board to just cards you joined (with your avatar on the front). It's useful if you're assigning work and want to see what's assigned to you. There's a "Filter" button in the board header with a "x" that allows…
-
It still exists, but it moved and was renamed to "Filter" - the button is now in the board header (so you don't need to keep the right hand side menu open to search anymore). See https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/filtering-for-cards-on-a-board/

You'd have to trigger your rule on when the comment is posted, in order to access the comment text. The variable "{commenttext}' is available on "when a comment is posted" type rules. See https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/butler-variables/
-
Check out https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/butler-variables/ You likely want to use the "{cardname}" variable in the title field in your Butler rule.
-
Labels without a color (grey labels) don't show up on the card front, only the card back. This is intentional. If you want the label to show up on the card front, give it a color.

No. Trello Premium and Standard subscriptions apply to one workspace. Any automation triggered from boards in a workspace that has Trello Premium will be unlimited. Automation triggered from boards in a Free or Standard workspace will not be unlimited. The only multi-workspace subscription Trello currently offers is Trello…

You can use Butler to send yourself email notifications if you need to get notified at a specific time. I wrote an article that describes this for my home maintenance tasks a while back: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Using-Trello-Butler-to-track-home-maintenance-tasks/ba-p/1622658 Check out the last…

"Team" has been renamed to "Workspace". "Create Enterprise Workspace" is the option for you to create a new (what used to be) Team :)
-
Hey @LynnZ , the "Create" button shown in your screenshot does what the "+" button used to do. Did you find a reference to '+' in some help documentation? If so, do you mind linking it so we can update it? Thanks! Felix

Hey @[deleted] - this community is for Atlassian products, this category specifically for Trello, a productivity tool. I believe your question is about Tello, a mobile network provider. Different company, different product :)

Hi @Evan Venieris I think you're over-complicating the report command. I don't think you need to use the Export API, and I'm pretty sure it won't work this way, because exports are asynchronous and can take many minutes to complete. They also produce an archive of board data, not a plain JSON response. There's also no PUT…

See https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/delete-your-atlassian-account/ for details about how to delete your account.
-
Standard and Premium subscriptions are tied to a single workspace. See also: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/how-billing-works-with-trello-premium-and-standard/

What browser are you using? My guess is that your browser version is too old and does not support some of the features we need for Trello to work properly. I'll flag this with the team though, we should definitely be showing you a better/more informative message there!
-
You can double click the space between 2 lists, it'll open up the list composer to create a new list in that position. This also works for cards! Double click between 2 cards to open the card composer in that position.
-
You'd need to cancel the existing subscription and subscribe on the workspace you want to have premium on.
-
Yes, all premium subscriptions are per workspace.
-
Yes, any boards in the premium workspace will have premium features enabled. You can move boards from other workspaces to the premium workspace - you won't lose information. You can do that by clicking the workspace name in the board header -> "Change workspace".
-
Subscriptions in Trello are per-workspace, so it's likely you have premium on one workspace. See https://help.trello.com/article/714-trello-premium-user-guide
-
Take a look at https://help.trello.com/article/1192-creating-reports-with-butler You need to include the "{$report}" variable in the message field, which butler will replace with the report of the cards.
-
No, you can not change the email address Trello generates. The email address Trello generates contains a secret, which uniquely identifies you, and any emails sent to it will be added as your Trello user. You might be able to solve your use-case by setting up a auto-forwarding email address with your domain admin. Most…
