@jpedrot It is likely but needs further inspection. As a general rule: I found the JavaUpdate file in /var/tmp/.Javadoc While not a prove of a hack, files hiding with a leading dot from users CAN be intentionally set but in such case it looks more like a hack, indeed.

Hi @beck I am wondering if it could make sense to get the Audit events via REST API, store it in a safe place and determine the retention rules on an own basis, if you want to: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-audit-records/ Regards, Daniel

Hi @Pete Danfy upgrading the database to a more recent version is always an extra step. It should be straightforward according to the documentation of the database system you are using. There is documentation to switch to a different database available in Confluence knowledge base - in most cases this should not be needed…

@Rob Horan It is not a very easy one - but it is doable. I found it to be tricky in parts, because complex scenarios must be understood and concentration is needed. After all, don't worry - it's possible to pass the test but a good understanding of the contents can help a lot.

Hi @Naresh Sirsavada (Contractor) to me it looks the upgrade task never finished and will pop up now on every restart (with the assumption it would run through then). I believe it is putting pressure on disks. Probably to get this fixed a formal support request with Atlassian would be a good idea. Regards, Daniel
