Like Vikrant wrote earlier first thing I would do is checking if there is a project admin permission. Without that creating new components should not be possible. Hope this helps :)

I would recommend start checking if the database actually runs a version "14" but not completely rely on the "psql" command - it could somewhere else. Unfortunately, overall this is more of a PostgreSQL/Debian question which would be needed to be inspected likely best on the server itself. Please also ensure to have a…

Hi @Dhruvin Patel the explanation of @Siree makes sense and should remedy the problem - did you follow the steps? Cheers, Daniel

The mentioned bug https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-13333 was addressed and is now awaiting release, in Jira version 9.6.0 it should be no longer a headache.

Hi @Kalee Williams hopefully I did everything right for the contest =) Would you mind checking if everything is a proper fit for my account - the badge seems not wanting to come through... Thanks in advance! Cheers, Daniel

Hi @Patricia Francezi_iDev_ I would have no more specific hints than to try it in a private browsing session window or with a different browser after you freshly log in. Maybe that helps already? Regards, Daniel

1.) How does your team currently tackle training? From what I heard with several different users and departments an in-person training with a skilled and (certified, professional) Atlassian Partner turned out to make the most impact. 2.) What Atlassian University course might make the most sense for your team to train on…

Hi @challa Sandhya were you able to find what you were looking for? When you mentioned 'slots' are you probably looking for the portal where you can book a slot for certification through online proctoring? Adding to what @G subramanyam already wrote you would find the beforementioned portal here: * Certification Portal…

Hi @Favour Anekwe from previous experience the "CA" in your ticket link makes me think it went to Customer Advocates team, not the Atlassian University support team. I am confiden still that Anastasiia will get you the needed help and the name can be properly fixed on your certificate - in general I think this is only…

Yes, certified - from my point of view it was worth spending the time and efforts. Probably other products like Opsgenie could be taken into account to new learning material and certification stuff - I hear every now and then this could be beneficial.

Hi @Nayeemuddin Khan probably also helpful to answer the process more in detail is the recorded webinar which shows the needed steps in a quite easy to understand way: * Atlassian Certification: 5 Insider Tips for Success…

Hi @Fabio Casulli could you please point out which Quiz you are especially referring to? In context of Atlassian certifications this does not sound so familiar. Could you probably also provide a link? Best regards, Daniel
-
Hi @Arjaan van den Berg I think it would be best to direct this question to Atlassian, just open a request on https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and select "Training and Certification" there. Regards, Daniel

Hi @Jesus Espinoza welcome! Lookign for styudying, share and learn a lot about Jira and its solutions!!! Thats a great approach! Many people are online here every day, ready to help in specific questions. Happy to hear you want to contribute by sharing. It is also a great place to learn - in case you do not own a cloud…

Hi @Tyler Stephens an additional good read are the posts in Community which talk more on an organizational level on how to prepare. I personally think this depends on "how" you prefer to learn.…

Hi @Nicholas Cannon welcome! In case you are interested in Training & Certification you found the right place ;) As you tagged #Agile don't miss to see the awesome content Atlassian put online, the Agile Coach: https://www.atlassian.com/agile/about Also there is a group here in Community where you can go more in detail, if…

@Ashwin R Do I understand it correctly you are looking for a difference between ACP-600 and ACP-610, is this correct? I found information that ACP-610 replaced ACP-600. This is a foundational exam. Next step would be to go for a "Jira administrator"-suited exam, which is, to date, ACP-120. In case you want to learn for…

Hi @Wilson Jacobs wow, this is indeed a hard question to answer in detail because every learner is an individual after all. What me helped the most is hands-on experience, in areas where we do not use Atlassian products specifically to spin up a cloud instance (even free) and learn & check to see where knowledge is missing…

Hi @Amir Ghaemian dealing with the same issue I found some Suggestions having a look (and a vote for!) could make sense: * Allow Administrators to control managed users' associated sites and products https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-11072 * Prevent users under a verified domain for being able to sign up for a new…

Hi @Margaret E. Kinsella in case you would like to report back what you found missing from the offering I am sure Community could learn. If you want to use that option feel free to raise a new discussion on what you felt not being able to find your team needs in Confluence. Regards, Daniel
-
Hi @Volker Weinreich I am wondering if there is some sort of caching playing a trick - meaning if a clean restart of the whole instance could work? Saying you deleted many drafts they should be "away" already from a certain point of view but perhaps they are still "reserving" some memory? Regards, Daniel

Hi @Vaibhav Dingreja adding to what @Rilwan Ahmed already said be sure also to review the upgrading documentation in general - as there are several ways to actually do the upgrade. https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/upgrading-confluence-4578.html Cheers, Daniel

Hi @gokuro welcome to the Atlassian Community! Unfortunately the whole situation seems not very clear and it might be tricky to debug that when not sitting in front of the troubling server - what is not possible from Community exchanging tips and tricks, right here. Probably you could review consistency of the backed up…
