Hi, Here is a sample code you can configure and use: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-questions/Send-post-http-request-via-scriptrunner-post-function/qaq-p/598870#M32882 Regards, Elifcan

Yes, that's what I was going to suggest next, creating a date custom fields for every client but that's way harder to manage than subtasks. I have never encountered a similar scenario unfortunately and when I researched a bit, I couldn't find anything similar either. I believe default Jira behavior suggests that you clone…

Hi, It makes more sense now but I still have questions. First of all, is it one product and one feature that you develop and implement? Or is it different for every client and you develop the feature specifically for every client? Because I couldn't understand why it would be a problem for Client Y, since you would develop…

I hope that you can get it to work. I will try to replicate it when I have some free time. Best, Elifcan

Hi, So what does it do when you put it like this, what is the behavior? It returns nothing or returns an error? I can't think of any reason why it shouldn't work like this. Maybe try it with equals like: tipo.toString().equals('Historia') Sorry, I couldn't be more help. Regards, Elifcan
-
Ok then, I'm glad that it is solved. Regards, Elifcan

Hello, issue type probably returns an "IssueType" instead of string. You can check the type with getClass(). It should work if you convert it to string: tipo.toString(). Regards, Elifcan
-
Hi, yes I've notived that. I adjusted the query to our Jira and when I change "assignee was in" to "assignee in" it seems working without a problem. Did you get it to work like this? Regards, Elifcan
-
Hello, When you say "assignee was in" I believe it fetches all the issues that was once assigned to the user, even it changed after wards. When you say "assignee in" it fetches issues that are now assigned to that user. May that be the reason the filter is not working? Or are there other issues? Best Regards, Elifcan

Hello, One thing that I can think of is Service Desk. You can use service desk to get the requests from your clients. Then in your main project you can create one issue and link all the requests from your clients to this issue. This way your clients can track their requests separately on the customer portal and you can use…
-
Hello, Is "client" here a person? You can create the same issue more than once. For example you can clone the issue, change necessary fields like due date, priority and label it with a different client. But if "client" is a company I would recommend using different projects for each client. It would be much easier in every…

Hello, As far as I know, there is no way to do this on the interface. You need to modify the source code for single select field. But it affects all the single select fields on your Jira. Also every time you upgrade your Jira, you need to make the same change again. So it is not a recommended approach. Regards, Elifcan

Hello, A project can be a service desk project or other type of projects. First of all if you are using a service desk project, you can use request participant field to send mails to users. This E-mail field on your screen on the screenshot, is it a custom field? If it is a user picker custom field, you need to add this…

Hello, This might be a little silly but worth a try :) Could you try like this: POST /rest/api/2/issue/xxx-xx/attachments HTTP/1.1 Host: jiradev.ngptools.com/jira It might be related to Postman. Maybe you can also try the request it with curl?…

Hello, I'm afraid you can't do it with default features of Jira. If you are using script runner plugin, you can write a validator that checks if an issue has any links. When you put the script on the validator section of the Close Issue transition on the workflow, that should do it. Regards, Elifcan
-
Hello, Is it possible that the user you are using to send post request don't have create attachment permission on that project? Regards, Elifcan
-
Hello, I encountered "XSRF check failed" error before and when I used "X-Atlassian-Token": "nocheck" in the header while using the POST. You can try it out. Regards, Elifcan
-
Hey, I'm afraid there is no automatic way to get that number. You can check issues one by one, you can see the transitions made on the transition tab but I'm sure you already know that and it is not an ideal solution. I'm sorry I couldn't be more help. Regards, Elifcan
-
Hello, Do you mean create screen? You need to add the field to the create screen of your project. See below screenshot: Here the Create Issue operation uses KP: Kanban Default Issue Screen. If I want a field to be at the screen when I'm creating an issue, I should add it to this screen. You can check which screen your…
-
Hello, I don't think it's possible without any add-ons. For example with Script Runner plugin you can define a scenario like this: * Create a number custom field * Write a script that increases the field value each time the issue transitioned. * Add the script as a post function to your transition. It is the best possible…

Hello, Here is a sample query for last 90 days. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/jira-accounts-not-used-in-the-last-90-days-695241569.html You can edit it for the time you like. This one is for mysql. You need to change the interval according to your need. MySQL <span>SELECT</span>…

Hello, As far as I know, there is no way achieving this with workflow properties. I found two possible solutions to this problem. First one is to use an extra plugin and adding a validator. Here check out this solution:…

Hello, Did you check board settings? It seems like the card colors option is on the settings menu of the board. Regards, Elifcan

Hello, Have you tried using TLS option with port 587? For yandex we use this configuration, it may be helpful for you too. Regards,

Hello, You can use userManager to get application user like this: def user = userManager.getUserByName("username")def userManager = ComponentAccessor.getUserManager() Check out the documentation of usermanager here: https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/7.0.7/com/atlassian/jira/user/util/UserManager.html…

It might be because of this: even though you are an administrator, if you don't have permissions over the project, you can't see these configurations. But you should be able to add yourself to the project's roles by navigating through Jira Administration > Projects on the right upper corner of Jira. Happy to help :)…

Hi, I mean screen schemes of the project. See below screenshot: You need to add Component/s field to the screens, for example here to KP: Kanban Default Issue Screen. Regards,

Hello, Did you add the Component/s field to the create/edit/view screens of that project? It seems like the field is missing from the screens. Regards,

Hi, you can look for OutOfMemoryError exception. Other than that, I suppose you need to find out when it exited and check out the logs at that time. You can try to run Jira and observe the logs for a period of time.
-
Hello, Did you check the application logs on your installation directory and home directory. The one in the installation directory is named catalina.out and the one in the home directory is called atlassian-jira.log. It might be related to a memory issue. But it is hard to say until you check out the logs. After you check…
