That's interesting because when I check our own cloud Jira, when I add time tracking field I can see the original estimate. Maybe Atlassian is trying a new issue view again :) Because I saw the exact same question on community today again. Can you see a notification that says they are updating the issue view maybe?

Hello, that's correct, you can't change linked applications. Although, you can add, delete and change other links. Sorry can't be much help.
-
Hello, This is not very much to go on with. First of all I suggest you to check application logs in Jira installation and home directories. There should be more detailed information about the issue. Regards, Elifcan
-
Hello, You can check Crowd application logs for detailed information as it says on the error but I found a very similar problem as yours: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Crowd-questions/Crowd-Setup-Fails/qaq-p/1048247 Here they say it might be caused by wrong JDK version. You can check which version you are using. If…

Hello, You can do it on the application navigator settings. Go to your confluence administration > general configuration > application navigator. Regards, Elifcan

Hello, I'm afraid that's not possible at the moment. There is a ticket about this issue, it's still gathering interest, you can vote for it: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-5463?_ga=2.19447800.1579394624.1569936597-747249076.1541400997 There is also a workaround you can try. Regards, Elifcan

Hello, Your project may be using different screens for creating, editing and viewing the issue. You can add time tracking field to your edit and view screens, too, on your project settings page. Check out your screens here and add the field to them if they are missing. Regards, Elifcan
-
Hi, we misunderstood then. You can add a descriptive label under the comment section, if it solves your problem. This is how you do it: - go to project settings - click on field configuration scheme - click on edit on 'comment' - add a description. it will appear below comment like this: Hope this helps. Regards. Elifcan
-
Hello, If there is no description on the field itself, there may be description added to the custom field on the field configuration scheme that is used by that project. You may check there: Regards, Elifcan
-
Hello, You need to create a multi text field on custom fields page. Then add this custom field to that specific screen. Regards, Elifcan

Hello, I think that's not possible at the moment. I found this related ticket about the issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-36112 It's still in gathering interest status. Although you can check out plugins for this issue like:…

Hello, The project you are trying to import may be a next gen project. It may not be supported to import next gen projects, yet. Check out this answer, I think it will help: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Importing-to-JIRA-cloud-from-csv-exported-from-JIRA-server-fails/qaq-p/1180981#M376045 Regards.…

Hello, This seems like an operating system issue rather than jira. Check out this stackoverflow question, I think it has the answer you need: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/52727938/h2-database-wont-open-browser-page-on-kubuntu-18-04 Regards. Elifcan
-
Hello, yes that's the default behaviour of confluence. it goes: $base_url/display/$space_key That's how our URLS look like, too. URL that you sent is Atlassian's own service desk resources. I don't know if they are actually confluence pages or not.
-
What do you mean? I couldn't understand the question.
-
No, I'm afraid that's not possible. Regards. Elifcan
-
Hello, You can grant anonymous access to a space on your confluence. Check out this document: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/setting-up-public-access-156.html Regards. Elifcan

Hello, I understand the problem but it is not an event based configuration, I'm afraid. You can enable own change notification for all events(created, commented, etc.) or none. Sorry I can't be much help. Regards. Elifcan
-
Hello, I suspect a reindex issue here. You can try the solution below. https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-rebuild-the-content-indexes-from-scratch-on-confluence-server-110035351.html Also you can try checking the application logs, maybe there is a clue about the issue. Regards. Elifcan
-

-
Hello, You need to check the logs for what's causing the issue. https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/working-with-confluence-logs-108364721.html This is not enough information to solve the problem. Regards. Elifcan

Hello, Users can change this on their profiles: If you change "My Changes" to "Notify me", you can get notification of your own changes, too. P.S: This is a user based thing, so there is no way to do it for all the users. Users must change it on their profiles. Regards.

Hello, If no project is using the workflow, it is down below on inactive workflows section. You can find and delete there. Regards.

Hello, The script is correct. Where are you using this script, on Script Console? Because if that's the case, you are not defining the issue to get the custom field. Also what errors are you getting? When I test this script like this, it works: import com.atlassian.jira.component.ComponentAccessor def issueManager =…

Hello, I have a similar script and wanted to share it with you. This script transitions an issue if there is a duplicate linked issue transitions. You need to change some aspects of the code, of course, like the issue link type and transition IDs. You need to change id of the transition for every transition you make and…
-
Hello, Yes there is a way. For service desk projects there is a functionality called Automation. You can find it on the project settings page. You can add an automation called "Transition on Comment" and you can configure it as you like. For example you can set a rule that whenever a customer comments, transition the issue…
