Thanks @Ajay _view26_ Glad you found it helpful. 🙌

Thank you, @Carlos Garcia Navarro

@rsingh, you might want to try using Support Tools in the Admin Console to trouble shoot the issues displaying in your logs. The drag drop when inserting image is not working in firefox but no errors in the logs at the time I try to drag drop. This is a known issue and has been fixed in Confluence 4.1.2 which will be…

This question has already been answered here: Any future plans to allow Conf Page Titles to contain " / + ( or [ ' characters?
-
Chris, we'd love to learn more about your specific use case and what you'd expect from such an integration. If you could elaborate on how you'd expect the three to work together that would be awesome.
-
There's actually nothing you need to configure in OnDemand. Notifications from JIRA will start appearing in your Confluence WorkBox automatically.
-
Since you are using Atlassian OnDeamnd you will not be able to see the In-App notification screen in the admin console, as OnDeamnd users do not have System Administrator priviledges. Assigned JIRA issues will not show up in your Confluence WorkBox. You will only get notifications for shared issues, shared filters,…

OK, Confluence 3.5 introduced Application Links. Try upgrading your existing trusted connection with JIRA.
-
I would first check to see if there's an upgrade available for the bundled JIRA Macros plugin uner Confluence Admin > Plugins > Upgrades Also, what version of JIRA are you running?
-
You might want to check out the SSL Post Documentation Encryption add-on for Confluence. The SSLPost Document Encryption plugin enables you to encrypt a Confluence page and/or any attachments and then send them securely to any recipient.

@Brian – A lot of customers have asked us this and the the main reason we don’t to allow end-user editing of the raw markup is that the editor markup is not really XHTML. It is an XML dialect that looks like XHTML so that it can be edited in a browser, but that embeds a lot of important semantic information so we can turn…

We're aware of this usuability issue for Wiki Markup users and are tracking the ability for users to cut/copy/paste multiple table rows in Confluence on this feature request which you may like to vote for and watch.

You could the changing the thumbnail max width and height under Confluence Admin > General Configuration > Attachment Settings
-
Check that all the plugin modules for the Documentation Theme are enabled. Specifically: Turning on the Velocity Helper from the plugins administration screen
-
I just tested this on Confluence 4.1 and the issue appears to be fixed. Attachments of Page B, which has the Attachments macro on it, display on Page A which is including Pabe B with the Include macro.

or are we required to purchase 50 licenses since we will have 50 configured users in JIRA and Confluence You will need to purchase 50-user licenses for Bonfire and GreenHopper since their licenses must match your JIRA license as they are plugins for JIRA. The Bonfire license type and user count must match that of the JIRA…

Hi Tommy – yes, this sounds like an issue best addressed by our support team.
-
Atlassian publish 'Upgrade Notes' documentation for each release. We recommend you follow this documentation when upgrading to a specific release. Please see the Confluence 3.5 Upgrade Notes as an example.
-
Currently, linking a JIRA Project to a Confluence Space does not provide any 'real' functionality...yet. It will in the future. As for now, with an Application Link configureed between JIRA and Confluence you can create new JIRA issues from Confluence and insert existing JIRA issues inside COnfluence pages via the Insert…

Refer to the 3.5 version of our documentation: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONF35/Expand+Macro

I heard that Confluence On-Demand contents can't be imported to Confluence download version 4.3 That's correct. For the benefit of others, here is the official documentation for customers considering migrating from Confluence OnDemand to Confluence Download. When Confluence 5.0 will be released? We don't publicize release…

Bummer. Filing a bug at http://jira.atlassian.com would be great so we can fix it in a future release. Thanks Darcy.
-
That sounds like a bug, Darcy. It's likely that it may have already been fixed – I'm not sure what version of Confluence 4.0 you are running but we just recently release 4.0.4: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Confluence+4.0.4+Release+Notes You'll be pleased to know we are working on a proper page layouts…

The empty paragrah should only visible in edit mode. We had implemented this differently at first to remove the extra line but it had nasty downstream effects in the editor.
-
Looks like you found a bug, Craig. Specifically in Safari. I've raised this with our Development Team. I could not reproduce this in Chrome of Firefox.
-
You should be able to highlight the table with your mouse - i.e. click and drag until you have selected the whole table and then copy it to your clipboard and paste it where ever you like :)

For the benefit of others, you can download older versions of browsers here: http://www.oldapps.com/firefox.php

Hi Rhyne – Firefox 7 was released after Confluence 4.0 (they are releasing like crazy these days) and the Firefox team has made changes in HTML5 drag & drop handling since Firefox 7. This causes multiple web applications (including JIRA and Confluence) to loose their drag & drop functionality. We are tracking this issue…

I edited my original answer, please refer above. Summary: You need to define Space Permissions.
-
I would check to see if those users have the permission to create content in that Space. Browse > Space Admin > Permissions Here's some short tutorials on permissions that you might find helpful: http://www.youtube.com/user/GoAtlassian#grid/user/351C3804D81F1DE6
