Hello @Zviad Kharazishvili Out of the box it's not supported, you can try paid plugins like Script runner which have the concept of scripted fields. You can fetch the SLA custom field values from all sub-tasks into the parent issue's script field and display the aggregation as desired.
-
Hello @Josip.Smolic Apart from community portal, you can get support via the official Atlassian support https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
-
Hello @Gleb Kartashov As mentioned by @Negin Nafari that you can't do this out of the box. But if you have paid plugin like script runner or Automation for JIra then you can do this. I did something similar with script runner, sample script is here https://gist.github.com/tarunsapra/e2f2e5de899c7c52a39fbee2630ef343

Hello @M RAMAMOHAN REDDY SQL quering Jira DB isn't easy and can be error prone if anything minor is wrong in the query. Hence, I suggest to you jira dashboards or jira reporting plugin to show relevant sub-tasks. There are plenty of plugins available on marketplace which support JQL functions which can query hierarchy from…
-
Hello @M RAMAMOHAN REDDY Using the Java APIs you can easily get the value of this field, can you tell me the business case as to why you need to query the DB to get this field value.
-
Hello @mark.onguti Jira is not the right product for managing your meeting minutes. I suggest you to use "Confluence" which is meant for content creation and content management. Confluence even has a blue-print called Meeting notes https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/meeting-notes-blueprint-329975386.html
-
Hello @Stuart Galton Since you have already tried the anchor tag approach and it's not working for your use-case then I suggest you to look at the "Excerpt" macro in confluence. Using this macro if you update the version number on the original position then it will be updated on all other locations.…

Hello @Владислав Яшин You are using setCustomFieldValue method on issue object, this is something which will not work. Details as to what you should use are here https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/How-to-write-a-number-customfield-in-a-transition-script-runner/qaq-p/1140145

Hello @Roman Joss Don't use setCustomField https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/7.6.1/com/atlassian/jira/issue/MutableIssue.html#setCustomFieldValue-com.atlassian.jira.issue.fields.CustomField-java.lang.Object- Sets a custom field value on this Issue Object, but does not write it to the database. Hello @Rex N Out of the box it's not supported ot query the last commented upton ticket by a specific reporter, but using the paid plugins it's possible https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/latest/jira/jql-functions.html#_lastcomment

Hello @Kevin Verheyden The example is also about setting a specific option on the select list custom field, the code in the example will not a new option to the select list rather it will fetch the exact option object based on the option name you supply in the code
-
Hello @Jorge Mora Issues which haven't been transitioned in last 24 hours !(status changed AFTER '-24h')
-
Hello @Kevin Verheyden To set the option, can you use optionsManager to get the list of option and then set the right option. https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/latest/jira/behaviours-api-quickref.html#_formfield_setfieldoptions_iterable
-
Based on the method which you are using to fetch issues, you can write something like a closure to ignore certain set of issues.
-
Hello @SHRIPAD KULKARNI Ideally Epics should have stories as children and test cases linked to stories as you have mentioned. But if the team is adamant and doesn't like changes and if they are a purely QA team then yes, they can have test cases as direct children of the Epics and as part of active sprint. Since test cases…

Hello @Thomas Holenstein You are welcome, if my answer helped you, please accept/upvote the answer so that others are also helped. thanks.
-
Hello @Thomas Holenstein It will not work on next-gen projects as currently you can't configure filters on next-gen projects it's an open ticket in jira https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17444 Ability to configure board filters for next gen project
-
hello @Ramesh Plakkal All sub-tasks should have the parent-id of the same story/task and a unique issue id and that should do the trick. Using CSV import you should be able to generate multiple sub-tasks.
-
Hello @Thomas Holenstein Boards are just a view on the issues being fetched by the underlying JQL. So you can create a new board based on the JQL you create which is fetching the issues which you want to see and that's all you need to do. The board will then display all the relevant issue, also make sure that in the…

Hello @Oren Ben-Tovim I guess you are using "Next-gen" projects in Jira cloud. Making fields required is not possible right now for next-gen projects https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17631
-
Hello @Jean Julien Zeil Based on the priority score, you can assign a sprint to the ticket. And since you have sprints created in a specific order in the backlog hence once the sprint has been assigned to the ticket then it will automatically be available in a specific section of the backlog.

Hello @Cora Kuruoglu Welcome to the community. In order to add new components to Jira project which can then be selected on the project's issues you need to add component in project admin section and thus need to have project admin rights which are different from jira system admin rights.…
