Hello @Sally Hall You only have to pay for Jira and Confluence individual licenses. There is no charge to integrate them

If you already have a Jira instance connected to Confluence via Applicaiton links then you can link the new project project to the confluence space via "Project links" But you need to have an existing Jira instance (or setup new one) and link it to confluence via Application links.…

Yes, it's possible Please see here https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Styling-a-single-page-with-CSS/qaq-p/154339

You can link Jira to confluence at any given point, provided both are reachable via Application links. https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/integrating-jira-and-confluence-2825.html

Every issue in Jira needs to connected to a Project. Thus, you can't create an initiative without linking it to an project. One thing you can do , which I have done in the past is to have a dedicated project for initiatives. And then you can create initiatives in that projects not necessarily break them down when you…

You can add a quick filter based on JQL status = blocked If blocked in your case is a status, otherwise you have to share more details as to when for what kind of issues you use the word "blocked"

Hello @[deleted] Boards are just a view on the issue filter, thus you can bulk update issues in the issue filter view and add a label "projectA" for issues belonging to board for project A and similarly for Board B
-
Hello @Ravi Mistry You can add automation rules which are supported by JSD out of the box https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/automating-your-service-desk-732528900.html Comment updates reply status Updates the status of an issue after someone comments to: Waiting on Support when a customer comments Waiting…

Hello @Rishabh M While migrating the workflow scheme to the new workflow scheme having the workflow with new statuses JIra will prompt you to map your current issue status to new ones and only then you can migrate to new workflow schemes. In jira you can't delete statuses from an active workflow as well.

Hello @Smita The JQL query is for filtering the issues, and the columns in the issue navigator are for showing the actual data. In a way both things are mutually exclusive, because you used "worklogDate " to find the issues which you were intersted in and the issue navigator displayed the relevant issue columns. You can't…

Hello @[deleted] You can use "components" in Jira, in this way you can have one major projects and each component of the major project can have it's own board as the boards can be based on components. Or IN jira you can use "categories" to club together similar projects user same category and you can also use this category…

Hello @Antoni Quintarelli Your question is pretty common and has been discussed widely in the Agile community. Honestly, I am not a big fan of re-estimating the stories as that leads to loss of purpose of velocity over a period of sprints. More detailed discussion on this topic here…

Hello @siddhesh In the condition section of the transition for the "task" type you can add a scripted condition to check for custom field value of the linked issues of type "Test" There are plenty of examples of this available on this community.

Hello @Ashok Kumar Natarajan You are already using Jira and Confluence which are market leading collaboration tools, the issue currently lies in the process being following by the team. Do you have an experience Scrum Master or Agile coach on baord to help you streamline the release and delivery process. The fix for the…

Hello @[deleted] Are the disabled users part of the group which counts towards the license, I am not sure but can you try to remove the disbaled users from the groups that count towards confluence license. Groups like confluence-users etc , you can remove the users by visiting their profile if you have admin rights

Hello @Joakim Aglo Currently your requirement is not supported by Portfolio add-on. Feel free to raise a ticket here https://jira.atlassian.com/issues/?jql=project%20%3D%20JPOSERVER%20

Hello @Christos Moysiadis With Script runner plugin it's pretty easy to find this out. Just write a script in script console, the scrip executes JQL query for the issues in the project. For each issue just check the value of the custom field (checkbox) , if the custom field has a value and the size of the returned value is…
-
Scripted fields are only calculated when the issue view screen loads (even if they are not present on the screen still they will be calculated they just need to be in the context). Thus, during workflow transition if they are currently empty then there would be no way to know about them.

Hello @Christine Jouandet Can you please share the screenshot of your board general configuration section. It could be that in your board, there is a sub-filter configured because of which epics are not getting displayed. Also, can you see the epics in the "issue navigator" view of JIra.

thanks!

Hello @[deleted] The board is only visible in the projects which are contained in the underlying JQL filter of the board. In your case it's project B, C & D and thus it's not visible in project A. If you want the board to appear in A as well then you have to add project A in the JQL filter for the board that's the only way.

Hello @Ellen Van Hees The "Sub-task" feature has nothing to do with portfolio, it's a built-in Jira core/Software feature i.e. the issue types like stories, tasks etc have the ability to have "sub-tasks" Parent link field is a custom field supported only by Portfolio plugin thus you can use the field only when you have…
