Hello @Ativos Based on the default Jira dashbaords, gadgets and JQL filters, you can easily find the assignees per project, issue count per project and lot of other things. I will suggest you to go for plugins like eazyBI or "Arsenale Dataplane" for reporting only if your requirements are more complex. "Big picture" is a…

Hello @Mervi_Ulvbane It seems you want to add more information on the swimlane header (story in your case) which is currently not possible. Please see this ticket https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-14684
-
Hello @Brooke Anglin It's correct :) the number displayed is in milliSecond.
-
Hello @Brooke Anglin Possible duplicate https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/ScriptRunner-find-number-of-days-between-two-custom-date-fields/qaq-p/596551 You can add some logging and then see the unit of time returned and then you can convert it to the unit you want and return it as "double"
-
Since Timestamp is a sub-class of Date thus you can assign the value to Date object. https://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/api/java/util/Date.html
-
Querying JIRA DB is not straightforward and not recommended when something is already provided via JQL.
-
Hello @jmohr2 I think you mean , you are looking for JQL. Here's what will work for you category = "<your category name here>" and updatedDate > startOfMonth() Projects in a specific category and updated in this month.
-
For getting the due date object you can use the code def dateField = getFieldById(getFieldChanged()) Also issue.getDueDate() return the object "class java.sql.Timestamp" and not "Date" as your code has date comparison, thus I would suggest you to add right type casting and may be in logs just print the value of the "due…
-
Can you share the screenshot of the configuration, also can you add some logging to your code log.info " .....text here ..." So that we know for sure that the code is being executed.
-
Hello @Marat Have you done the field mapping in the behaviour module for the due date field.
-
Hello @Christian Polonio I replicated the whole flow by following these steps - * I created a new issue in classic scrum project. * I created a new page in my personal space in cloud. * I linked the new issue with the new page in my personal space from the Jira (old issue view). * Now, I am on the issue I see it linked to…

Hello @Manuel Villegas You requirement is pretty common,. Some duplicate questions with answer from Atlassian https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Add-column-to-list-of-issue-in-EPIC/qaq-p/676848…
-
You can add field mapping for the due date field in the behaviour section and check everytime the user enters the value if the value of the date is "last date" or not. And if it's the last date then you can show the error message.
-
Hello @Marat It's possible but with plugins. You can do it using Behaviour module of the Script runner plugin.
-
Hello @Christian Polonio Could you please elaborate on what you mean by But if I add a link to a Jira issue pointing to a Confluence page, the "Jira Links" button on the Confluence page does not show up. So I do not see the relation between the page and the issue if I look on the Confluence page So you are adding a Jira…
-
Hello @priyaranjan sharma Since you would be using CSV for bulk upload thus the link b/w epic and features as per your hierachy seems to be based on normal issue link. For importing issues with issue links, please see here https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-import-issue-links-from-a-csv-file-740262715.html
-
Hello @Darren Weaver Please see here https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Using-Groovy-Script-Runner-how-do-I-validate-Checkboxes/qaq-p/218836 This is how you validate the checkbox, now you can have the validation condition in the "condition" section of the post-function called "Fast track transition an issue"…
-
Hello @Darren Weaver You would need to use a plugin for it. Out of the box it's not doable to check the custom field value and then proceed to a specific transition. You can use the built-in postfunction/listener "fast track the issue" (from Script runner paid plugin) and the condition for this post-function can be whether…
-
Hello @Mai Farid, In the cloud project I am using, in the project setting on the left there is a option of "pages". when you click on pages then you can connect the jira project to an existing confluence space or create a new space altogether for the jira projects. Thus, I think the UI has changed a bit from the time of…
-
Hello @Chris Johnston I now understand exactly what you mean, my suggestion to you is to go for a much better approach i.e. don't waste time in modifying release notes. Instead create a confluence page and write couple of Jira files in Jira macro in confluence and that confluence page can be used as your Release notes for…
-
@Elinor Jakubowicz If you use the plugin "tempo" then you do get the button to log work on the issue view screen
-
"For known issues, the Affects Version = 1.0 but the fixVersion does not." So you mean you want to show issues which have the affectsVersion but empty fixVersion (one possibility) I am not sure if this case will be supported in release notes as the whole concept of release notes is built around the fixVersion.
-
Glad to know @Ore Akindele that it's fixed, if you feel that my answer helped you then please accept/upvote so that other users are also helped.
-
If you have "log work" permissions then you will see the option under "More-> Log work". Possible duplicate https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Questions/Is-it-possible-to-move-the-Log-Work-menu-item-from-the-More/qaq-p/70847
-
Epic link just fetches the epic name of the connected epic. Thus, if you have the Epic link field on the "edit screen" of the issue then you can connect the story to another epic and hence update the epic link to point to the new epic. But, you can't technically edit the epic link as it's always the epic name of the…
-
In the template you can call the method getAffectsVersion of the issue object and that should do what you want. https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/7.6.1/com/atlassian/jira/issue/Issue.html#getAffectedVersions--
-
Hello @Chris Johnston Creating a custom release notes template is pretty well documented. Have you gone through the docs https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/creating-release-notes-938847219.html…
