Hello @Irshad Sheik Have you gone through the link which I have shared above as it contains a pretty similar code snippet which is required in your scenario.
-
Hello @br00no1 I am not sure it's possible to get the kind of list of most edited pages which you are lookin' for out of the box. There is a paid plugin which you can evaluate for this kind of reports https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215795/analytics-for-confluence?hosting=server&tab=overview

Hello @[deleted] Boards are just a view on the issues being fetched by the JQL filter which is configured in the board. Hence, you can easily create tickets in Jira projects by sending emails and if the created ticket matches the JQL filter of the board then the newly created ticket will automatically appear on the kanban…

Hello @Irshad Sheik It's not possible out of the box, I have implemented something similar using the Behvaiour module of the Script runner paid plugin. Possible duplicate https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Core-questions/Script-Runner-Behaviours-Hide-Show-based-on-checkbox-selection/qaq-p/306754

Hence all commercial licenses except Starter have a free developer license available.
-
Hello @Michael Kuschnir Please read the official KB article about it. Atlassian Starter, Community and Open Licenses do not include free Developer Licenses. If you need a development environment for your Starter License please purchase an additional Starter License. Community and Open source license holders please…

Hello @Mark Oren It's very much possible using the classic project in Jira cloud to auto-assign issues. You can do that using components in the Classic project settings. I don't think it's currently possible if you are using next-gen project. I answered a similar question here…
-
So when I am creating new issue with the above component then I am the default assignee as I am the component lead.
-
Hello @langkilde If you create a Jira project ( a classic project) and not the next-gen then you can set the default assignee using the old component technique. Basically create a project component and make the component lead as the default assignee so when you create a new issue with this component then the component lead…

Hello @Abhishek Gupta For the cloud Jira applications you can change the date format by going in the look and feel section https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/configuring-the-look-and-feel-of-your-jira-applications-780861527.html
-
Hello @Elliot Gates Both links contain information about "custom fields", Story points is a "number field" custom field hence you have to import it like any other normal custom field.
-
Hello @Marcela Junyent If you want to just copy the description of the issue into Confluence page, then you can just copy paste the content. But do you want to copy other content as well like comments, attachments, etc?

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/44043/clone-plus-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview
-
Hello @Thomas Eaves As @Mohamed Benziane already mentioned it's a bug. I personally use Clone plus paid plugin for cloning issues in Jira. Using this plugin you can choose not to copy the worklogs from the source issues to the target issue.
-
How did you make the time spent field mandatory? I used the Jira Suite utilities (JSU) plugin to make the field time spent mandatory in the transition validation section. So the field will be mandatory for the screens mapped to the transition which in my case is the screen containing the "log work" field.
-
My bad, i don't think behaviour module is available on the Jira cloud https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/behavior-module-in-Script-runner-in-cloud/qaq-p/782116
-
"when my resources add the change log number (which are 6-7 digits in length), for instance, in the story points field" If that's the case then you can add a check using a plugin. I use script runner plugin quite a lot and you can use the Behaviour module of the plugin to restrict the story points to a certain set of…

Hello @Nitin Poonacha Why do you want the tool to enforce the process on the people? The tools should support the Agile way of working instead of enforcing it. If you have to enforce Fibonacci values via automation then I feel the Scrum team hasn't received any proper scrum training yet nor are they aware of the advantages…

It's impossible to get an overarching view of an EPIC all the way down to the lowest level issues and sub-tasks especially to track status or to see all content in one place so as to comprehend all the content. oh well... I don't think that's hard to do, I have done this multiple times. You just need the right tools. I use…

Hello @Daniel Retrieving deleted issues is not easy in Jira. Your requirement is pretty common on though, I suggest you to go through following links https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/recovering-single-deleted-issues-from-jira-backups-777009064.html…
-
Hello @Musku Nagaraju I don't think you can place a check within the date popup itself, what you can do easily (using Script runner plugin Behaviour module) is when someone selects a date and that doesn't match the criteria which you listed like- Dev, Estimated end date should allow me to select date after 5 days. Then the…
-
Make sure you check in your board configuration what is the "Estimation statistic" actually configured and if you are using time tracking or not.
-
Hello @[deleted] You have asked a pretty broad question " What will be the impact of this action to the Burndown?" I suggest you to read this excellent article about the same https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver076/configuring-estimation-and-tracking-941595443.html
-
Hello @Karthick Jaganathan Deleting a project doesn't delete the associated workflows / screens. Actually, currently it's an open request to be able to do so https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-66124
-
Hello @Karan Mathur You can add the "Log work" field on the transition screen and something like the following should appear on the transition, thus the users can log work and not edit the original estimation.
-
Glad to know @Jeff Silverman that its fixed, if my answer helped you, please accept/upvote so that others are also helped.

Hello @Tony Montana Your requirement has been previously discussed on the portal, please go through the following links https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Bulk-delete-users/qaq-p/360626 https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/perform-a-mass-delete-of-users-691012067.html…

Hello @IT Admin All the behaviour related to a workflow transition is generally defined in the post-function of that transition hence please look into the workflow transition configuration of the workflow and the relevant transition.…
-
Hello @Jeff Silverman The board could have been deleted by the board owners and hence it doesn't appear anymore. There is no concept of closed boards in jira. Also, it could be the board is private now as the owner might have made the underlying filter of the board as private filer and hence you can't access the board but…

Hello @Lin Debby When you move the issues to another project then you will be prompted to fill the mandatory fields, thus if the custom fields are mandatory for the target issueType then you can fill them. From the docs * Custom Fields — If you have defined required custom fields for your issue that do not exist in your…
