All Slack/Microsoft Teams integration apps for JIRA, Confluence, statuspage and so on are extremely important to improve team collaboration ;)

it depends from customer needs. JSM itself provide a lot of features that allow customers to put in place a great solution. BTW, based on my experience the following apps could increase a lot ITSM implementation : * Scriptrunner * Element Connects * EazyBI there are a lot of other useful apps ;)

GitHub for JIRA and XRay are the most important apps on our side!

Hi @Thomas , are missing custom field coming from a third part apps? Most apps are not part of standard migration so you need to ask to vendor to provide you a correct path for migration on cloud (if app is available on cloud side). Hope this helps, Fabio
