Hi @Kelli Archer Is this problem happening only on specific user or issue? Have you or user tried access the same board on a different browser or environment? Would be nice to check plugins (add-ons) if any specific is not causing this. Running Jira in Safe mode could also help troubleshoot.
-
Hi @Ashley Honeycutt From what I know this is not possible. You can send all or none. I would recommend of course before making any action to first troubleshoot what happened and why those mails landed in the Error Queue to prevent it in the future.

Hi @Rachel Wright As always.. simple and easy to understand piece of information. Thank you for creating good content.

Hi @Thomas Preston , Having one gadget with all statuses even ordered might work but you would have to hard to find when specific tickets are starting. I think that making separate JQL filters for each status and making a dashboard with more gadgets would give you more flexibility and visibility. You can then order gadget…

Glad that is working for you! Enjoy! :)

Hi @MORIN Nicolas Normally it should be possible to restrict who and when can create sub-tasks using properties, but from some reason this is not working https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-26208 So as I described here -…

Welcome @Seenivasan Mohanraj ! I guess this KB might be helpful Retrieve Project information from Jira's database | Jira | Atlassian Documentation
-
Hi @Balaji Sankar It looks like it does not find the table named "searchreaquest".. You have to make sure that you are using correct database. Usually you choose that on beginning when connecting to database (something like "use [databasename]" Also this article might be helpful overall if you want to find only inactive…

Welcome @Bob Brand What you mean by "everything works"? Is Jira starting correctly? Do you have JIRA_HOME set? https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/startup-check-setting-your-jira-home-873901793.html If you did not install this instance of Jira I suggest to read this documentation and verify if all is correctly set…

Hi @MeetUpUser I am not sure exactly how the process could look like when migrating from Cloud to Data Center but when going opposite way which is mostly described here (How Advanced Roadmaps plans are migrated | Atlassian Support) there are limitations so I guess that it would not be pretty straightforward.
-
Now it is perfect! :) Thank you!
-
Welcome @Davit Ebralidze I am not aware of any build in feature that would allow that kind of process. There might be some addons but if not maybe you can simply use jira for that. I am thinking that using a separate jira project and creating a ticket each time you need to close a sprint -> parent ticket (could be a Type -…

This sounds very exciting! Thank you for sharing @Finch Grace . BTW I wanted to view the included/embedded content but I am getting this error Is this normal?
-
Welcome @sara ! Could you please share what hosting type are you using? Cloud or On-Prem (Server/Data Center)? Overall I think that you should first generate a API token on Jira side and on the Power Bi side Jira content pack for Power BI. After that you should be able to add the token that would help you authenticate.

Registered. Good idea for a webinar. Thank you @Carol Jang for organizing!

Hi @jisha_george_gilbarco_com As a PTC customer you should have access to all related KB. Basically you should have Windchill Integrations for Embedded Software which allows to make some build in integration. As shown above, Web Services are used to pull external system defects or source files directly from Windchill, with…

Hi @[deleted] I think this documentation might be helpful (it is step by step) https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/creating-a-test-environment-for-jira-966063324.html
-
Hi @arno Yes, it is possible but requires deep preparation and 3rd party plugins. You can read more information here. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/merging-jira-instances-1167739611.html If you do not want to merge sync between instances it also require addons (like Backbone Issue Sync) or development…
-
Hi @Patrice Champet When you store emails in a custom field (which is a text field) then you can simply see how many tickets are in a specific domain by using JQL. I would be something like this.. project = ABC and custom_field_with_email ~ "companyA.com" This would however not work when using a label since there is no…

Yes, that is what I also would recommend to put the attachment to a template issue. After that you would have a direct link to it.. for example: https://<your-base-URL>/secure/attachment/12800/chart.png Then on a different issue you could add this to the description…

Welcome @Madankumar Arigala Seeing that you do not yet have any answer to this question. Probably because when looking at your scope I am not quite sure if this is the best place to find step by step detailed instructions related to Jira to Azure DevOps migration. Opposite way would probably be a better direction and a…

Hi @Mark de Bont Due to recent changes in Certification program badges (ABP) have been retired on 2 Feb (or 1 Feb.. not sure exactly when due to timezone) Anyway certification team is working on new rules for the program and this should be announced soon.. Here is more information…

Hi @Christian Fischer Is this picture always the same and is it already attached to some ticket? Basically where is the source? Could you please clarify?
-
Hi @Kamil Askerov When I wrote some comment in 1 issue its automaticaly copied to 2nd issue. But I can make some when I make comment in 2nd issue I cant make the comment for 1 issue. Don't you think that this would create a infinitive loop? :) I think you are looking for something more like a data sync between tickets not…

@Ashish Bijlwan Basically if you do not include the time by default it gives you 00:00 so if you define resolved <= 2024-01-31 it means actually <= 2024-01-31 00:00 (which is still 30 January...) To fix it (without using exact time) you should use one day forward which is 2024-02-01 So final JQL would work as this resolved…
-
Hi @Ashish Bijlwan From what I understand you would like to view issues from 30 January and 31 January. Are you sure that all the tickets have been properly "resolved"? I by resolved I mean that all tickets have resolution set to something different than None.. Jira is differentiating and setting the resolved date when…
-
Hi @Steven Janvrin Do you use any addons? I would suggest to run Jira in Safe Mode to exclude that kind of problem. https://confluence.atlassian.com/upm/disabling-and-enabling-apps-273875716.html

Hi @Nag If you have a problem with last login and timestamp please look at this question https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/How-to-get-a-user-s-login-details-with-scriptrunner/qaq-p/2347945

From what I know this is not possible on Server/Data Center. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-45617 Similar case was here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/is-it-possible-to-create-quick-filters-with-avatars-instead-of/qaq-p/1620639

Hi @Tharunkumar B If marketplace is not working directly from the app (due to problem with internet access) you can always go to Atlassian Marketplace directly on website, download a specific plugin source file and install it manually (of course if you are an instance admin) More information…
