  • Yes, this would definitively be a good thing to change since I have a lot of tabs open and navigating back to the post quickly without loosing focus is really important, so you have my vote @Tomislav Tobijas
  • Hi @Numitha Erambalur Welcome back to the IT industry! :) Starting with an IT Support / Service Desk role is a good way to refresh your knowledge and get back into the field. I would as well recommend starting with free Atlassian Learning courses (formerly Atlassian University), which offers official learning resources for…
  • Sometimes I got this when simply access a post After refresh it gets loaded correctly.
  • Hard to believe that it is done! :) .. No matter if there would be any issues found it is a big achievement. We would have to now get used to the new UI a little bit but over time it would be much easier.
  • Yes, finally this edition has gone down in history! :) Sadly we did not achieve this exactly on time but yeah 3,4k was sooooo close and overall it was still a big achievement - great that decision was to extend this for few days to reduce this to 0. Thank you all for contributing in this year edition! You are great and we…
  • Guys we are so close.. just need.. - 5000 people to hit Like button only once! :) - 500 people to hit Like button 10x - 100 people to hit Like button 50x or - 10 people to use highest available limit od 500x Likes.. .. in last 13 hours.. We basically have to do it! :)
  • Pretty tight.. When exactly (which time and zone) this ends?
  • I think we would definitively break 300k overall but would we hit out 60k goal this year? Hard to say since we have 8 days left and we are half way there but as always we are trying hard to achieve it! Thank you all for all effort in making this Community so great!
  • Hi @Robin van der Velden Based on everything you've described, I don't think the Bitbucket error is the root cause. The fact that: DVCS Accounts doesn't contain any existing connection to remove, Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations are missing entirely from the Space Apps page on a brand-new site and the same behavior…
  • Thanks for the additional details. Since Trello is working correctly in Safari and on iOS, it sounds like the issue is isolated to Chrome rather than your Trello account. A few things I'd recommend trying: * Open Trello in an Incognito window. If it works there, it's often a sign that a browser extension is interfering. *…
  • Welcome @milko_ivanov From what you've described if I correctly understand, this sounds more like an API rate limiting issue than a repository permission problem. Bitbucket Cloud applies rate limits to authenticated API requests, and the limit is tracked against the identity/token making the requests. A single Laravel…
  • Hi @Ashley Davis Having a Trello Premium subscription does not automatically mean that every user can delete any board or card. Trello permissions are controlled separately at the board and Workspace level, so the available actions depend on your role and the settings configured for that particular board. For example: * To…
  • Hi @mlesher , If the person who originally set up your Jira site has left, they wouldn't necessarily have removed the project or your access before leaving. A few things could explain what you're seeing such as changes to permissions, your role or even accessing a different Jira site. Could you clarify a couple of things?…

  • Hi @Léonie Chao-Fong Could you share a few more details? * You are saying "on PC" but are you using the Trello desktop app or Trello in a web browser?* If it's a browser, which one (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.)? * Does the issue affect all boards or just one? * Does Trello update correctly on another device (for example,…
  • Hi @Bin Xiao At the moment, Jira doesn't support selecting the editor's font family (e.g. Consolas, Courier New, or JetBrains Mono). The fonts used in the UI and editor are defined by Atlassian and aren't configurable by end users or administrators in the standard product. I have seen similar feedback from technical teams.…
  • We have to do it! It is not yet 50% and only less thank 10 days to achieve this.. pretty tight.. but we have to remember that together this is possible! We almost reached 2022 and 2023 goals.. so it is already a good milestone but we definitively cannot end here.
  • A small thank you to everyone who has been part of Likes for Trees over the years. I am really proud of what we achieved together so far.. https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Community-Kudos-Feedback/Watching-a-Forest-Grow-How-Likes-for-Trees-Became-Atlassian/ba-p/3261305#M4708 Whether you planted one tree or helped…
  • Thank you @Ed Letifov _TechTime - New Zealand_ for being first to reply :) . The key point is that when you actually migrate (create) users when using Migration Assistant.. so is it better to have them prepared already in Guard or do it later and migrate with basic access etc.. Overall from what I understand managing users…
  • Nice usage of Rovo is to summarize things that change since we left / log in (or specific date) from all sources. Never miss a single announcement or important change when you are offline and want to be back on track quickly! :)
  • Yes! Another opportunity to plant trees! 60k .. not a problem! :)
  • For me, the biggest win is using Rovo as a company-wide knowledge assistant. Instead of digging through Jira and Confluence, I can ask a question like "Why was this decision made?" and get a grounded answer with links to the relevant docs, tickets, and discussions. It saves a ton of time and keeps everyone self-sufficient.
  • Based on your description, it sounds like user-6591a may be an anonymized user alias rather than the actual username stored in the user_mapping table. Atlassian has a couple of KBs that explain how deleted users are anonymized and how content remains associated through the user_key rather than the username: * How To Rename…
  • Welcome @avnerozc The key detail is which Git host you're connecting Bamboo to... If you're talking about Bitbucket Cloud and you're using Bamboo 9.3.4, then this is a known limitation Check this KB article https://support.atlassian.com/bamboo/kb/bitbucket-cloud-repository-configuration-fails-in-bamboo-with-api-tokens
  • Hi @Juan Felipe Garcia You basically register for exam using your cert metrics account not by email - this can be changed at any time. I guess that when you had your Personal and Work email set then all certifications should be associated with that (account) once you pass. Email can change later but certifications should…
  • Thank you for letting us know @Pranjal Chugh !
  • Hi @BOB I guess that there is a 14 days period where you can still revert deletion of your account... that is why you might not be able to delete it.. Here is a complete guide and more information about this topic https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/delete-your-atlassian-account/ Other thing is that you…

  • Welcome @Thor I am trying to determine whether this is a global organization issue in Atlassian Cloud or a local configuration problem... Could you please help confirm the following: * Is the duplicate visible in Atlassian Admin (admin.atlassian.com) or inside a Jira project * Are you listed as an Org Admin? * Does anyone…
  • Hi @balamurugavel I think that the “invalid credit card” error usually doesn’t mean your card is actually invalid.. it’s probably a generic billing validation failure. Even valid cards can be rejected due to things like billing address mismatch, bank-side soft declines, region/tax inconsistencies or outdated stored payment…
