Just check if this REST API browser is working. Plugins might be listed as incompatible until vendor would update information on Marketplace. If this is working, just ignore and wait for updated version (unless is not causing any issues with core app)

Hmm.. Not quite sure what you would like to achieve. You want to execute some transition (and show screen) until some condition would be met? Could you please clarify?

How do you move tickets from "one board to another"? Every board is having a filter associated (this is how issues are showing on a board) and moving a ticket means moving it for example from one project to another. Is this the real problem?

I got stuck once time with similar problem and it was related to network connection to Marketplace. IT department suddenly blocked all outgoing traffic and it started all problems. Try switching UPM to offline mode, maybe this will help if something is related to network. To disable the UPM connection to the Marketplace: *…

Without any piece of logs it is very hard to say what is going on. A common prroblem is with subtask name as described in this KB - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/issue-type-with-name-sub-task-already-exists-198806400.html but to be sure wouldd be good to check logs...

@Jim Malgieri- The best way to test things like that is to create a test system that would be copy of production. You can use a developer license and use this instance always when you need to verify something (like importing 600 issues or plugin/system upgrade). If data is old you can do a database update (replication).…

In JIRA you have Single, Multi and Cascading (2 level) select lists that are mostly defined by JIRA system administrator. Normal users cannot define values expect a OOTB field called Components. When using this special field a Project Administrator could define values on the go (add/remove without asking JIRA…

JIRA treat everything on the right most column as Done even it is not a "green" status. Looking at your screenshot I suggest you to completely remove QA Done. If the issue is in QA then if someone moves the ticket to next status it is automatically an information that QA is already done (or at least your team should be…

You will only be able to switch to Simplified Workflow if: * There is only one project being viewed by your board (to check this, look at the board's filter) * That project uses a JIRA workflow scheme, which only has one workflow for all issue types * Your workflow only uses Post Functions, Validators, and Conditions,…

Hmm.. Server licenses are perpetual so no need to change the license to trial when they expire. You just lose your active maintenance but instance is fully operative. What I see from here is that you are having a problem with specific plugin that might be no longer compatible or someone updated it and it become paid (and…

You take the XML backup and you can create a new JIRA instance that would be like a snapshot from specific time. No need to set up any databases.. You can use this build in JIRA since this will not be a production server. Then if you want to access data from specific time you go to specific instance that could be all the…

Not directly. Sort of a workaround but.. If a user contains email address is actually a distribution list (i,e. a group email alias), then everyone on that distribution list will receive the same email, since JIRA doesn't know who the users on the list are..
-
@Ivan Filimonov- If you feel that popup that show after creating issue too quickly disappear and you cannot quickly navigate to the new issue I agree with you however for me this is used more like a confirmation that issue was created successfully. I always find recently viewed/created/updated issues under Issues > RECENT…

OK.. Lets see now how many of you need glasses (or understand that your brain not always see what you think it see) :) .. Optical Illusion can reveal this. Below are few pictures of static images on which most of you probably see all details and be able to recognize what is on it .. take a look.. We have Albert Einstein..…

Did you used "pip install jira-python" or "pip install jira" like the documentation says?

Estoy bastante seguro de que se enfrenta a este problema - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/unable-to-manage-sprint-due-to-missing-project-administrator-permissions-779159087.html
-
OK. Let me ask you few questions.. * Are you sure that people are having administration permission (and Manage Sprints) for ALL projects that are included in the filter used in a board? * Are you sure that sprint that you want to start is on the top of the backlog? I am pretty sure that you are facing this:…

So if depends if this is server or cloud. If you need 75 (and this is JIRA Service Desk Server) you need to buy license for 51-100 Agents. If you want to use JIRA Service Desk Cloud you pay for every agent (monthly payment) and then you can have exactly 75. You can check all details and calculate price here…

So, in that case you cannot (using standard OOTB functions without any plugin or workaround). Some time ago it was not even possible to preview .txt files... People would like to also have a preview of , js, .java, .ods, .msg, .html .. you would like to have .sql but this is not currently supported (only - JPEG…
-
@Tor Brondbo- Let me clarify. You asked a question how to view SQL files that you attach to Confluence to be viewable like TXT files for example. I gave you one one the solutions (workarounds) to achieve that, so that you can preview file without downloading it. Simply treat it as a text file (which .sql files are just…

So you want to hide other transitions but still make them available? In order to do this you need to modify your worklow and for example set some workflow conditions. Or simply delete those transitions that you do not want to have (or execute) and keep only the one back to "To Do".
-
If you use a third party plugin like JEditor and you do not get a result that you want to achieve that is a question to the vendor of this plugin. JIRA itself works fine if you want to edit description.
-
Add a ".txt" extension and upload to confluence. For example if you file is "exampleSQL.sql" then rename to "exampleSQL.sql.txt". When you would like to use the file download and remove "txt".

Please check this thread - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Answers-Developer-Questions/Cross-Origin-Resource-Sharing-with-JIRA-REST-API-and-Javascript/qaq-p/484801

Is this a problem only for you or other users also see that problem? Is this visible for all tickets in the instance? Could you check if from Issue Navigator when you open an issue in details view you also have the same problem?
-
I do not think that this is implemented in Confluence REST API - I do not see this method in the browser - https://docs.atlassian.com/ConfluenceServer/rest/6.10.0/ Not sure about your version and type (Server/Cloud) but you might want to check this script that is based on XML-RPC (deprecated method after 5.5) -…
-
@silversonicaxel, there are couple of ways of achieving it. It depends on your workflow that you currently have. You did not share this information but only mentioned: quick way to visualise tickets that go from DOING to DONE and go back to DOING In order to be SURE that ticket was in DOING status was changed to DONE and…
-
Hmm.. If you would use JIRA, create a new project that is open for all users and set up workflow in that way that would process this agreement that should be possible. After creating a ticket you can have a transition be called as you wish and exectue in post function additional code. There are some plugins like…

OK. When did this happen? Did you recently did some changes? Any JavaScript customization? Can you check if you have all system plugins (and modules) enabled?
