  • Hmm.. I think you can check & try evaluation of JIRA Portfolio for the feature that you are looking for - https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/portfolio .. or as a alternative maybe Gantt Chart might be usefull - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/28997/gantt-chart-for-jira
  • I think only with playing with the logs (application/tomcat). You can check what log shows when someone download (request) an attachment and later build parser to get that info in real time. https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-enable-user-access-logging-182943.html
  • Hmm.. Seems like some module did not load. Is it the same on a different browsers? Can you check if you have all plugins (and modules) enabled. Did you recently did some changes?
  • Yes it is possible but you need to prepare a little bit your applications first (example upgrade to latest version). You can read more on this topic in this documentation: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/migrating-from-jira-server-to-jira-cloud-779160826.html…
  • That is because REST API respect user permission. You cannot get data via REST API that you are not allowed to see using standard UI session. If you have anonymous JIRA access maybe that would be possible. Then all can see data without application access.
  • Jira Service Desk include Jira Core functionality you just need to manage users by granting them access to two products. More info https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/licensing-and-application-access-938846887.html
  • I think it is possible. Depends on what integration you would like to have and to which direction. JIRA have REST API and Webhooks triggers so you can do something with that. As for mobile .. JIRA is viewed on a mobile device via a web interface (optimized for mobile devices), not an app. Simply browse to your JIRA…
  • It is hard to say if 500 users will log in and heavily use the system or JIRA will be open for 500 users and only 10-15 at the same time will use it. You can start with minimum requirements and then scale when you see any performance degradation. As a starting point please check this documentation…
  • Hmm.. I am not aware of any limit on multimedia macro. Blog Posts are like normal pages.. On cloud I think you can simply drag and drop media to the page and it should work...
  • Similar? Yes :) https://confluence.atlassian.com/enterprise/confluence-data-center-sample-performance-test-946041232.html
  • Isn't this a problem on the Jenkins side? I remember there was a problem with Crowd that Jenkins was "killing" with requests - https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-16703 . Overall I am wondering why it is creating so many sessions. Cannot reuse existing for couple requests together? I remember also one guy had a…
  • What you mean by saying ".. i can only see the statuses that belong to the first workflow"? Is this what you see when trying to configure column in the board settings? Maybe you see columns names (not statuses) that are one to one with you first workflow and what need to be done is map other statues to existing columns.…
  • No problem. Glad that this is solved :)
  • @Stefan JonssonI stil want you to check the event that is triggered. Could you please check post functions and check what is executed when the resolution is set. Is it Issue resolved or maybe Generic Event (or something else.. )
  • Yes but do you fire Issue Resolved event and could you check if Resolution is not added on any other screen than where the issue is resolved.
  • Good so the database is OK . Did you check your workflow?
  • Hi Stefan, First of all could you try to run Integrity Checker and see if there are any issues? https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver071/using-the-database-integrity-checker-802592958.html If there are can you fix them and check again? Overall I think it is a problem with your workflow configuration. I do not…
  • Wow.. November already?! :) .. that is getting close to end of the year :) Hope that everyone will remember to post something :)
  • If you need any modification of a source code you can check this plugin - Confluence Source Editor - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1210722/confluence-source-editor?hosting=server&tab=overview. Thanks to that you should be able to remove what is not possible to remove from the editor or macro.
  • I would say... There are no existing connectors but I think you can write your own and try to integrate both systems. More information you can get from this doc: https://confluence.atlassian.com/crowd/integrating-crowd-with-a-custom-application-192511.html…
  • Hmm.. I think you cannot simply swap license keys since all licenses are associated with a ServerID. Every instance have an unique ServerID. https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/what-is-the-confluence-server-id-151519275.html So if a wrong license was upgraded maybe someone this could be updated either on…
  • As I remember that become a System plugin after upgrade and it is bundled now with the core app.
  • You would need to create new site and export/import your data. I think this documentation is what you are looking for if you need more details :) https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/changing-the-cloud-instance-url-address-or-migrating-to-a-new-cloud-instance-691011835.html
  • I am afraid that i would be hard to achieve by only using OOTB JQL function. There are still open issue to exclude non working days from search reesults https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-22506 https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-27539 Someone tried to use this function .. updatedDate >= -1d OR (…
  • Not sure which version are you using (Cloud/Server) .. for server you can update license like it is described in this documentation - https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/updating-your-bitbucket-server-license-details-785318611.html
  • Hmm.. Cannot think about any good direct user activity statistics in Bamboo.. Maybe this could be helpful https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamboo/viewing-build-statistics-for-all-users-289276966.html.
  • Hmm.. I suggest to start by checking "Where is my field?" - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/jira-admin-helper-938847791.html .. Then you can check Audit Log for any changes on the admin section (maybe someone by mistake changed something that field is not visible).
  • Even that plugin is not officially supported on Marketplace it might work since thee vendor simply did not test and change version compatibility. I suggest you to try upgrade JIRA on a test system and verify this without any harm to production system. Not much changed from 7.4 to 7.5 so I am pretty sure that it will work :)
  • Not too much information.. Please check logs for any ERRORs. I suppose that you would need to check machine and application resources. Mostly adding more memory fix the problem.
  • I like to play classic board games .. cheess, draugths (checkers), gomoku, .. etc. I also like Scrabble. Overall everything that requires thinking on a strategy to win not only roll the dice and count on luck. BTW - I just did some kind of test "Which classic Board you are?"…
