  • I really like Slack for how it works. Especially on a mobile phone, where the application do not hang like on others and it is not so overwhelming. I am able to easily switch from one account to another.. things like that. Working with different teams makes really difficult to easily and quickly communicate. We use Slack…
  • Oh! :) That is interesting :) .. So probably a DNS issue or something like that.. Anyway glad that you are able to use Trello again :)
  • No problem. We would find the root cause sooner or later :) The reason to check with different OS was to verify if your network is fine as your network service provider is saying. Anyway the issue is probably related to proxy/network setting on your desktop/laptop computers (Windows) That was the reason why I asked was…
  • I am not certain that is your provider that is why I asked to check on a different OS. Ping uses different protocol (ICMP) so it might some firewall problem (maybe site is added by mistake to blocked?) In general you have at least 4 ways of accessing Trello * Web (on laptop) * Dedicated App (on laptop) * Web (on mobile) *…
  • If on different computers is not working on the same wifi, but is working on them on hotspot it clearly is related to your wifi connection.. Are you able to connect using your wire to see if that is the same situation? I suggest also finding a computer with different OS, to check if there is noting related to that. I think…
  • I would suggest finding a different laptop that is using same WIFI to check if the same problem exist .. If exist then it must be something with your wifi settings or provider. Maybe local firewall is blocking. Are you able to log in using browser version or client? Please check both to be sure that this is not a client…
  • Awesome! Still waiting for having Jira Align in the FAQ pricing and licensing page (or any other that would clearly answer how much people need to spend to have this applications, but I hope it would be there soon :)
  • Hi michael.bryce@concision.co.nz Thank you for posting a question on Atlassian Community. We are happy to help you. See if my answer below is able to make things more clear :) Overview: In general it should be possible to change the name (URL) but it is not something that you can easily do on UI (yet!). Basically it…
  • Cool!.. Two very basic charts but very useful showing the trend :) .. You can think about adding some statistics to that page defined "as text " that would describe it more precisely e.g "Avarage number of visitors .. " .. "Max unique visitors" .. "Current subscribers"... etc.
  • Thank you @Rafael Pinto Sperafico for jumping in on this thread and clarifying. @Adam Collins I hope that is clear now how Bamboo Starter license works. However if there is still something we can help you with please let us know.
  • Hi @Adam Collins , I agree that documentation like this one.. https://confluence.atlassian.com/confeval/development-tools-evaluator-resources/bamboo/bamboo-10-job-limitation-in-bamboo is not clearly defining how actually the job are counted. I would try to ask someone to get more clear answer on this topic (maybe update…
  • Hi @avinjamuri, Thank you for posting a question on Community. We are happy to help you with your problem. Please check if my below answer would help you resolve it. Overview: In Confluence there are two types of Restrictions (View and Edit). The View restriction is automatically applied to all child pages (which mean that…
  • Hi @Adam Collins , Thank you for posting a question on Community. We are happy to help you with your problem. Please check if my answer would help you. Overview: Yes, that is true that Starter Bamboo license is related to 10 Jobs. I posted already a answer in a similar post explaining how those are counted. Post is here:…
  • Hi @DeepakMurugesan Thank you for evaluating Jira Service Deck and creating a post on community when having a problem. We are happy to help you with your question. Overview: By default jira-servicedesk-users group define who is an agent and who is not. I suggest you to check this group. This should show you if this would…
  • Yes it is a good practice to check if your users are using the software and remove those that never logged in or did this 5 years ago :) .. That would give you best picture how your instance is used. There are many addons in the marketplace that can help you manage user. You can explore starting form checking below URL…
  • It depends how you have your user directory configured but basically you need to check which groups have access to which application and remove user from the group that Jira is used to count the license (e.g jira-users) and keep the group for Confluence (e.g confluence-users)
  • Thank you @Kat Warner for mentioning me on this thread. My feedback was of course in the separate thread, and I did not change my mind about it. Dragon Slayer idea was great and it should continue in a form that people can benefit from it. Of course over the years Atlassian products evolved from a software development…
  • @Davin Studer- To be honest it is getting harder to find a product that would not be licensed per user / per month(year).. Office, Adobe... etc. .. and Atlassian is following this path even that this mean hiring more people to provide customer support... not sure if there is any good Jira alternative, but this is the…
  • @Monique vdBA lot of manual work but Scavanger Hunt is always a nice idea! I think I got 5 "hunts" already :) Hoping also to see the Remote work badge jumping in ;)
  • Making Data Center working on a single node is a first step to remove standard Server offering and probably perpetual licensing.. It is only a matter of time when you would have to choose Cloud or Data Center.. And of course mostly people would choose Cloud since they would not want to manage servers, deal with…
  • Well.. We were not able to be at Vegas this year at Summit where I did every day more than 25k-30k steps.. But if there is a way I simply try to walk to achieve at lest 10k steps and that make me happy to get through this lockdown. Overall sitting almost for a month at home is not good mentally but having Atlassian…
  • Whoaa that is really nice!
  • I do not like traffic jams which are very common, so the biggest benefit is that you are able to earn 1-2h in a day for something else than going to/from work! :)
  • Done! I think I responded somewhere.. on good @Jodi LeBlanc post for example :)
  • Yes, @Jodi LeBlanc that is true. I am just hoping that situation would calm down and we would not need to stay home at summer..
  • Yeah there was potential for all teams already before.. It was build originally for software development but I used this for many more things .. Suddenly also Atlassian noticed that Jira is not only for developers.. But huge effort was also done by 3rd party addons that filled many gaps.
  • Yay! That was a great game!
  • Well last year half of my suitcase was filled by swag so it is an important part of Summit :) .. Every swag remind about specific event. It is not maybe important "like hell", but without this is hard to imagine normal Summit :) .. Usually you do not need to "hunt" it usually get into your hands just by passing by all…
  • Whatever I work remotely I try to not sit at home (if possible). Usually I get outside sitting in the garden or at least balcony. At least it is better to breath with fresh air listen to nature and get positive energy than sit at home all the time. It is only hard on winter time or too hot, so upcoming time (spring) is the…
  • Then this is what I mentioned already for viewing Atlassian do not provide any field security settings that would allow hide the field from specific people/groups. For Server there are some extensions, but for Cloud version I am unfortunately not aware of any solution
