Atlassian uses Service Desk for support. Once you create a ticket you get all the Service Desk features. The create experience is only the thing that is customized. Not sure if this is only a HTML site customization or specific modification of Service Desk experience, but at the end a Jira Service Desk ticket is created.…

From I know you can have different number of users on specific products. You just need to manage access in the administration For more information about pricing and managing users you can check the FAQ https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/cloud#users-roles

Hmm.. not sure if I fully understand, but I think that you should simply * Create a transition that you would like to use to reassign (Do not use the OOTB Assign button to assign tickets) * Add a screen to this transition that would have Assignee field * Click on the new button, choose assignee and execute transition…

As for restricting view.. Atlassian OOTB do not offer any solution for field security, so I guess only way is to do via extension/customization. I know for Server there are few extensions that could help with that but unfortunately I am not aware of anything for Cloud... Restricting the editing might be possible via…

Good to see that kind of KB articles. Would be great to add this piece of information (about requirements) to the official Jira Align documentation. Maybe somewhere here - https://agilecrafthelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000152554-10X-Supported-Browsers ?

Yes, this is good stuff! Nice to learn how we can troubleshoot Jira Align connectivity issues. Thank you for sharing!

Indeed it is a good way about learning Jira Align, but the problem is that there is no reference (yet) from official Atlassian page, so not many people knows about it. https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/align There is no single word or reference about the ability to have a trial or see pricing (only a form to see a…

Hmm.. There still might be something blocking the connection. Any active Windows Firewall or anything like that (antivirus?). We need to be sure that everything is fine here. Maybe it could be turned off temporary. I think you should also try to connect your current laptop (that have a problem) to a different network…
-
In that case please could you share more precise details about your error (some screenshot would be great also)? Are you able to check with any other computer using the same network if the case would be similar? (This would eliminate network as a root casue) .. Then we would need to focus on your environment and answer…

It is probably for some purpose. I see that every card have unique ID. If you click on Share on a card you would see it ... Example: And if you want to link to the card and type 66 (like the above) you would get the card associated with. So I guess numbers ONLY are reserved for making references to the cards by ID and if…

If something is in DMZ usually mean that it have public access (from the Internet) this mean that Jira would be available for everyone that know the URL (Also for Mobile App). Of course if this is not working it might mean an bigger problem that is related to your firewall settings. Below you can read everything that is…

You need to disable specific modules. Take a look on the section how to enable the macros and do the same to disable them. https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/html-macro-38273085.html https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/html-include-macro-169120653.html

Did you try to search with quote around a number? In other words.. Instead simply typing the number 146860 try "146860"?

Was this similar to this? https://help.trello.com/article/778-losing-connection-to-trello-servers Overall there was an outage yesterday so maybe you were affected by this? You can check the details in below status page https://trello.status.atlassian.com/ https://trello.status.atlassian.com/incidents/4fvtl3cj6phy

There is a very detailed guide written by @Thomas Schlegel about Confluence permission and hiding content. There are some free workarounds, but Visibility plugins was for many years the best solution on the market to hide some parts of the page..…

Just to make sure.. Did you restarted Jira after applying the parameters?
-
Not quite sure if I understand correctly this case, but.. If Server would be a single page (and on that page you would have information about the server) then simply on other spaces/pages add a link to that pages (something like a mention) . From every document you would always have a reference to server information.…

See Jon answer from similar thread https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Re-Re-How-to-link-to-an-anchor-on-the-page/qaq-p/1072289/comment-id/140968#M140968 Basically all pages that start with a number would need an "id-" to work correctly.

Nice idea. Would be great to update it a little bit now, maybe add some screenshots and working links instead of "See... "

Maybe Content by Label macro can be used for a form of News feed? https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/content-by-label-macro-145566.html

Old environment required - hard to reproduce this issue now. In addition there is Companion App used by default instead old Edit in Office functionality. Closing.

Seems like a duplicate that was troubleshooted here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Attaching-files-on-Atlassian-cloud-quot-Error-connecting-to/qaq-p/635192

From specific version of Confluence there was a Meeting Blueprint available. It was possible to customize. More information can be found here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/meeting-notes-blueprint-329975386.html

Yes, it is very important to have the buffer for unplanned situations. Thank you @Gerry Claps for putting it together in a article. Nice work.

Please check if changing the element like Melissa did on similar question is working for you too - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Re-Why-is-AJS-window-scroll-not-firing-in-Confluenc/qaq-p/706092/comment-id/94464#M94464

The first example is definitively possible. I did this some time ago by playing around with children display macro that was added on child pages and including later those pages (using Include Page macro) on the parent page. This is what I get:

Thank you for sharing the instructions. It was very helpful to many people however now Stash is no longer in Atlassian product portfolio (was renamed to Bitbucket Server). Closing.

Universal Wiki Converter was a tool that would help with migrations but not from one Confluence to Confluence (e.g from Mediawiki to Confluence). Migrating from Confluence to Confluence was possible for example on space level (exporting individual space and importing it to the new instance)

Simple, quick and easy solution that do not require any add-ons is always JS modification. Add below code to your Custom HTML section (e.g HEAD) <script type="text/javascript"> AJS.toInit(function(){ AJS.$('#profile-status-list').hide(); }); </script> Enjoy!
