Hi Shirley, Unfortunately not as Epic is hard-coded in to the system along with versions. Phill

We assume that you are using Scriptrunner for JIRA server edition.
-
As previously stated on other questions v3.12 is no longer actively supported and you should be looking to move to a more recent version to remove all the security risks with running such an old version. Please refer to https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/backing-up-data-185729581.html for principles of backup and in…
-
Please refer to https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/latest/jira/getting-help.html for how to request help from Adaptavist in future. But to pick up and assist you now. Can you confirm the version of JIRA. If version 7.x whether this is JIRA Core or JIRA software. If an earlier version than 7.0 what version of JIRA Agile is…

As an off-piste suggestion.... How many issues are you leaving in the project when you delete 75,000 issues? If it is a relatively small number here is an alternative approach you can use which remains within the UI. Usual warnings about backups before you begin of course apply....1. Create a new project with the same…

It will save a new version based upon your current configuration so any changes already made will be kept and you can then share appropriately or update your board to use the new filter.
-
Have you archived the project 'Terravita' or deleted. If it is deleted then we are at the end of our line for you in terms of being able to use "Save" without resorting to changes in the backend database.
-
Are you changing the sharing of the board or of the underpinning filter? Remember you can change the ownership of the filter independently of the ownership of the board. As you are adding other projects I suspect that it is the filter you are trying to save. Try looking at…

@Alix Parker When you refer to a "team board" are you referring to an Agile board? If so you can login as the departed colleague update the administrator permissions on the board to include yourself and colleague. Then log back in as yourself and remove the departed colleague. For all people viewing this it is a good…

A full description of the relationship between Epics/Stories and other aspects of Agile is at https://www.atlassian.com/agile/delivery-vehicles/

You may also like to review the security statement at https://www.atlassian.com/cloud/security/ for other aspects of the hosting service. For example the backup retention policy of 4 weeks only.

Hi Bernard You need to create a screen which is only associated with the transitions where a user is trying to close the bug and not change the default screen which is used already for other operations. This page https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/configuring-workflow-185729632.html introduces many of the concepts…

Hi @Maria Victoria Martinez Torino There are some substantial differences between Service Desk and Software when installed in Cloud vs. Server although these generally tend to relate to newer functionality being available in Cloud before Server. When you come to look at plugins though the functionality can be considerably…
-
Yes you can subscribe to JIRA Service Desk only and the cloud version pricing is as you described.
-
If you are a Jira administrator or a user with appropriate permissions you can suppress emails on bulk operations. I have not trsted this against JIRA service desk portal users so worth checking on a test issue first.
-
This sounds like you have either an issue with * the permission scheme in particular the transition permission * or a condition on the workflow for the transition. You should check both of these to see where your restriction is in place.
-
Sorry I can not help any further.
-
Sounds like the documentation is out of date from @Melanie Miles comments. Anyone on here from JEditor?
-
The JEditor documentation suggest that only IE11+ allow copy and paste of content from Word/Excel. http://jiraeditor.com/docs/#docs7
-
As documented here https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/bitbucket-server-home-directory-776640890.html you will see that your source code is stored on the file system. The database is used to manage accounts/permissions etc.
-
Stanislaw Palak You should now investigate whether your requirements are met by the functionality provided in JIRA Service Desk which provides multiple channels for reporting issues including email, customer portals etc.
-
Please refer to https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/grant-users-and-groups-access-243335345.html for managing permissions.

There is a solution within JIRA which is to copy the task and then move it to the second project. An alternative option is to use the Clone+ plugin from Bob Swift which will allow you to do these two steps in a single action (and other things too). But this raises another question which is how will you ensure that both…

Hi Dnyaneshwar borase Can you provide more details of how you are trying to set the SLA per team. For instance do you have a custom field which holds the appropriate team? Are you already using Enhancer Plugin or are you comparing the functionality to JIRA Service Desk?
-
You might like to look at this option as well. https://zapier.com/zapbook/zaps/10436/get-sms-notifications-for-new-jira-issues/
-
In addition from the comments from @Nic Brough [Adaptavist] you should check that you are not confusing resolution with status. A resolution can be set independent of the status. If an issue is set with a resolution but then moved back in to the "To Do" column it may not have had the resolution cleared and this show as a…

Once you have acquired your base product (eg JIRA software) you can add (and remove) addons at any point.
-
HI Nandeesh Can you confirm what custom field type your two fields (11907 and 11912) are.You may also like to try this format<!-- @@Formula: (issue.get("customfield_11907") != null ? (Integer.parseInt(issue.get("customfield_11907")) : 0) + (issue.get("customfield_11912") != null ?…
-
Hi Nandeesh, The reason for your getting 10,040 rather than 140 is that your initial values are being treated as strings and so when you use the + operation it concatenates the two values together giving you 10040 but then this is being displayed as a number.…

As stated in other replies you should upgrade from v3.12 to a more current supported version. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/migrating-jira-to-another-server-151126305.html describes the process you need to follow for v6.4 to migrate between servers. I would strongly recommend you upgrade your existing installation…
