At present neither Voting for Confluence (Polls) or Polls for Confluence (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.simplenia.confluence.plugins.polls/server/overview) are available for Confluence Cloud. You could try contacting the developers of these two add-ons direct through their websites to ask what their plans…

Hi @Brady Mielke If you are unable to move an issue between two columns it means that either there is no transition available between the current status and any in the destination column OR if there is a transition you are not meeting the conditions for that transition. The easiest way to troubleshoot this is to find an…

Could you rephrase your question so we can assist?

Hi Jason You can find the installation instructions at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.bit.agile.bit-storymap/cloud/installation (But they are very common as it is as simple as using the manage add-ons to find and then install.) If you require further documentation then this is…

You could look at using Issue Security levels and adding an external developer level. Then you can put any appropriate epic/story in that Issue Security level so they can see and work on it. All other issues/epics not in the external developer level would not be visible to them. It is not going to automatically restrict…

In addition to the answers provided by @Ann Worley, @Nic Brough [Adaptavist] and @Chander Inguva I would add the following. You should check the compatibility of your addons. Follow the instructions on https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/UPM/Checking+add-on+compatibility+with+application+updates

Hi Ashwin Kupatkar I assume that you want to do this infrequently and for a subset of issues. In this instance you can use the bulk edit option from Issue Navigator to clear the resolution of any issues you select. Note for those on server version to do this the global permission for bulk editing will need to be set to…

Hi @Evan Hurst I have come across this sort of problem multiple times. There are a number of ways it can be solved and here is the one I found easiest to work with for different users. Step 1 is to create a filter of all your epics across the projects that reflect the 3+ mobile platforms. Step 2 Create a Kanban board based…

Try the criteria "Flagged in NOT EMPTY" as sometimes the search only looks at if a flag is set rather than the value of the flag. If this works it is then a case of checking the version between the two systems in case that is why you are experiencing different behaviour.

Have a look at the answer in https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/258150 which shows how to set an assignee from ScripteRunner. You will need to change the line if (user != null) to match your requirement for a location based entry. Hope this helps point you in the right direction. Phill

Hi Patrick Confluence does not (to my knowledge) provide out of the box activity reports for all spaces as you have seen For those who are not aware here is a link https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/viewing-site-statistics-123043962.html So to achieve your requirements you need to look at extending Confluence through the…

To use LDAP directories you need the server version.

Hi Patrick, The board configuration of columns is a visual representation of your workflow that sits behind. So if a status is not mapped to a column then you cannot drag and drop between the a column and "nowhere". As you have already confirmed you can use the workflow transition tools to move proving that your workflow…

Hi Jo If you contact Atlassian Support they will be able to help you with solving this.

As a temporary measure you might like to try using a swimlane query based on the due date. Something like duedate< +1d duedate < +7d duedate < +14d duredate <+1m which whilst not sorting by duedate will cluster together items with a similar duedate. If there are no items matching a swimlane query then it will not show.

This is set in the permission scheme of the project Look for the permission Edit all comments and remove the permission from those who should not have it. I tend to only allow edit all comments/attachments to those with project role = "Administer Project"

Is your count of sub tasks field correct for a single parent task? If so this narrows down the scope of the issue to the presentation of the results rather than the calculation process not working. Also have you tried a reindex of your project to confirm that the latest values are present. If you could also provide more…

Can you update your question please so that we can help you.

With the release of Parallel Sprints the answer is that you can now run more than one sprint at a time on a single board.

Hi At present the number of addons that can be restricted to a number lower than the overall licence is limited (personally I am only fully aware that Balsamiq offers this). However, as you will have seen with the release of JIRA 7 the ability to licence application functionality for a subset of users and I would expect…

The timezone displayed in JIRA will be determined by the user preferences but the value stored in the database will be determined by what timezone is set on the database. Out of the box JIRA will not give you the ability to tell what timezone any individual comment was written in. However it may be possible through the use…

If you are referring to the server version of JIRA you may find this page useful. https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-customize-the-page-not-found-404-page-720412489.html

Service Desk Cloud 3.1.0-OD-04 See the announcement at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-46 which puts it in mid December 2015 and with server version still to follow.

The first step in changing from shared with everyone to shared with a specific group is to decide what that specific group would be defined as. Then it is possible to make the change through the UI for anyone who is an administrator of a board or owner of a filter. I would recommend this approach unless you are very…

Hi @Pashmina This is a common misunderstanding on the use of resolution. The Unresolved status is used to indicate that the ticket is not yet resolved. All other values are variants of a Resolved status that causes the issue to be crossed out. I would remove the resolution field from your edit screen and also remove the…

Yes this can be achieved through the use of the ScriptRunner for JIRA plugin.

I would suggest starting with the out of the box scrum project settings and then as your team works with it make adjustments to help them be more effective in their usage. For example using the flag command on an issue to show ones which are blocked is a great timesaver in terms of identifying if there are any blocked…

Also be careful on your spelling I can see in your excerpts that you have JIRA spelt as jiia. * jiia.issue.editable=false when it should be * jira.issue.editable=false
-
'None' allows you to clear the selection and not have any value so be careful that this is not a valid scenario before making the field mandatory.

Hi Bruce, The first thing you need to ascertain is how are you measuring capacity? Are you looking at Story Points for example or are you using a time tracking tool such as Tempo? If you are using Tempo it is quick and easy to allocate a regular amount of time to each team member and then as long as they complete the time…
