You're welcome. Thank you for the information, it's great that you found the problem, Daniel.

Don’t forget: It’s Eurovision Week again! Have fun with the greatest show on earth 2019! From what I’ve seen up to now: 12 points go to Iceland and Czech Republic.

Is there an error or do you just get an empty result?
-
Hi @Moses Akash , well, there might be a few reasons for this: * you don't have the space permission to view pages * the page is restricted, this means, you are allowed to view the space, but the page itself is resctricted. * The ancestor of the page is restricted. If you are not allowed to view the ancestor because of…

Hi @IstAdmin , using more of the recently updated macros on one page should be no problem. I tested this in our environment and it works perfectly. Do you see the updated pages in the preview of the macro configuration popup?

Another attempt: make "Modification" optional and try to import your csv. If it worked then, you might have issues without a value for the field modification. These are easy to find. If there are not many of them, I would edit them manually and then make the field mandatory again. If there are too many, it might give you…

Maybe the csv is wrongly encoded - make sure, the encoding is UTF-8. If you are not sure, if your csv-file is UTF-8 encoded, open it in the simple windows text editor and save it again as a new file - when you save the file, you can set the encoding in the save-as-dialog.
-
Hi @Spencer Offenbacker , you can use components for creating more structure in your project. You can set a component lead, so if you create an issue and set the component, the component lead gets the issue automatically. Here you can read more about components:…
-
Hi @Clément Chevalier , maybe you have empty values (or lines) in your csv. Is modification a mandatory field in your Jira? What happens, if you try to map the values by yourself? Same error?
-
Hi @susan parisey an issue is resolved, if any resolution is set (no matter e.g. whether you set "fixed" or "won't fix" as soon as there is a resolution, the issue is resolved for Jira). So, if you design your workflows, take care that you set a resolution if you close an issue and remove the resolution if you reopen the…

I am in a quite comfortable situation, that we can work from 6 am to 8 pm whenever we want. So, if you are not a morning guy, you can start late, but also the other way round. And if you need some time during the day, no problem - split your working hours. We can also work e.g. one day 6 hours and the next one 10 hours -…
-
Hi @Sadia Aslam , you have to set the resolution in your workflow. Add a workflow function "Update issue field" to any transition which ends in a closed status (e.g. done or won't work): For any of your transitions which starts in a closed state (e.g. reopen) add the function "Update issue field" and clear the resolution.
-
@Simon Shen ;-) Or is there?
-
Hi @Ken Parry , do you have the Scriptrunner app? If so, you could query like this: issueFunction in issuesInEpics("Summary ~ Example") Without the app, I think, a query like this is not possible.

if you are not an admin, you can't create a space. Please talk to your local administrator. He should be able to help you and find out, why you can't set a restriction to the page.
-
Hi @soumyajit , there's an answer to your question here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/how-to-find-plugin-usage-in-jira/qaq-p/631978
-
Hi @Jingyi Shi , this means, that either * you are not allowed to set restrictions in this space * there is already an edit restriction on this page and you are not allowed to edit the page because of the existing restriction In both cases, ask your space administrator or Confluence administrator for help.

Hi @Bjarke Brint "Story Points" is empty should work, it does for me. Do you get an error or just a wrong result? Could you please give us more information?
-
@Tinker Fadoua - Community is “Gemeinschaft” in German
-
Hi @Oliver Wesson , I think with Confluence Cloud, you can't do that. With Confluence Server, writing a user macro for that purpose would be easy, but this is not possible on Cloud.

The project itself is neither a scrum nor a kanban project. You create boards for your project. Either a Kanban board or a Scrum board. You can also create many boards of different kind for the same project.
-
Hi @Maurice van Eijk , you can't use Kanban Boards with sprints. There are some reports which are based on sprints, e.g. Burndown or Sprint reports. These reports can't be used with Kanban Boards. You have to create a Scrum Board and start a sprint to use these reports.

No, as long as you do not remove any status or change anything else in your transitions, there will be no changes except the order of your transitions on your issue screen. The order of the status within the dashboard gadgets is determined by the order of your status on the status administration screen:…

But I think it is not invisible ;-) Did you set a filter, e.g. showing just Site Spaces?
-
@Wade Burgess , I just tested this with a test user in my environment. I can see the personal space of the test user as an admin. How did you make the personal space private? Removed every permissions except the one for the user himself?

Hi @Fummi Ayorinde , look here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Changing-Order-of-the-Workflow-Transition-Buttons/qaq-p/239379

you're welcome, @xil355
-
I think, this should work. Of course, you have to re-index after the upgrade. But please, test it first in an testing environment!
-
Hi @xil355 , it will definitely know that the database is created by an older version and update it. You should make a backup and test the update in a testing environment. Have a closer look at the this page for more information: Upgrading Confluence .
