Hi @Jeremy Price , with plain Jira this JQL is not possible. Using Scriptrunner, you can do the following: issueFunction in subtasksOf("issuetype = story and reporter = TAllen") AND issuetype in subTaskIssueTypes() AND status in (<your closed status>)

My very first job was in our public library when I was 13 or 14 years old. I worked there twice a week for some hours and earned about 50 Deutsche Mark per month. An incredible amount for a young boy and I spent all the money on records. My collection of 80's music would not be half as huge without this job. I still got…

Hi @Dmitry Nenashev , you can create different issue security levels. Look at this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/configuring-issue-level-security-861253265.html

Hi @Utsav Ratti wether an issue is visible in the backlog of a Kanban Board depends on its status. Check, which status is mapped to each column of your board and to the backlog. I think, the status of the story is mapped to a column in your board and the status of the subtask is mapped to the backlog view.

I think, with cloud, there's nothing you can do except voting for this issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-2169

Hi @Tarun Bhola , an issue is closed, if a resolution is set. Make sure, you give the user the chance to set a resolution with a transition view in your workflow (or set one automatically), if you close an issue.

Maybe outgoing mail is totally disabled. Check here: https://<your-instance>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/OutgoingMailServers.jspa There you can also send a test email

Hi @8com , changing the attachments settings in the admin section should work. That's the place to adjust the maximum size. Do you see any errors in the logfiles?
-
Hi @Amanda Brazier , do you get any other emails from Confluence? Maybe your email-address is wrong.
-
Hi @flaimo , we use this code: issue.status.name != '<your status>' It is not a general function that can be used anywhere, I know. But I doubt that this is possible.
-
Hi @Carola , I tested with the regular Expand-Macro. With that macro, everything seems fine.
-
Hi @Jeremy Lynde , no, the subtask has to be in the same project as the parent task.
-
Hi @[deleted] , the macro is a paid one. You have to buy it in order to use it.

Hi @kartheek8134 , if you are looking for Jira Enterprise releases, look at the page Atlassian Enterprise Releases.

Hi @Leo , as space administrator, you should see the restricted pages using the following url: https://<your-confluence>.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/listpermissionpages.action?key=<your-space-key> There you should be able to remove the restriction.
-
Hi @andrew gibbs , maybe this is what you are looking for: issueFunction in hasLinks("Bug Found") or issueFunction in hasLinks("is caused by")
-
@Max Foerster - K15t - a little bit of both :-)

@Monique vdB You mentioned the wrong Thomas, my AUG-userprofile. I hope someday they will be unified...

Editing pages with keyboard shortcuts in Confluence is much faster. Same page created with and without using a mouse:

Haha, as a non-english-native-speaker, it is quite easy to meet an English native speaker there. But I'm sure, that would not conform to the rules above...

Questions: How do you reconcile your Community Champion effort with your main job? Do you have any agreement with your employer? As an AUG leader, how do you motivate your AUG members to be more active, e.g. give a talk on their own and not just consume talks?
