I think that has been discussed before: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/227639/how-to-limit-epic-to-a-dedicated-project
-
If you are using the standard transition the resolution will not be set AFAIK
-
How about the resolution, do you set this field when transitioning to closed?
-
I know that this isn't a real question but it should be addressed anyway ....
-
The title is the name of the filter. You would have to rename the filter....

Hey, I'd try try this free plugin: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/at.celix.jira.plugins.column-order It's free and easy to customize. Cheers Christian
-
Hey, I'm sorry but I haven't been able to produce anything like that. It seems to me that the progress column can't be displayed as it is not listed in the field list provided by Atlassian. Maybe I am missing something too. I just wanted to point you in right direction. Cheers Christian

Hi, check this out: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/JIRA+Issues+Macro JIRA Field Columns to Display By default, the following columns are shown: * type * key * summary * assignee * reporter * priority * status * resolution * created * updated * due A list of JIRA column names, separated by semi-colons (;).…

In that case please look at this answer: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/113088/exporting-worklog-report-of-the-monthYou need a separate add-on I guess...
-
I would have a look at the worklog table in the database! (or if you are using JIRA cloud: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/113088)

Hey, have you tried this syntax? [file:///c:/temp/foo.txt] There is an article in the documentation adressing local files. http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Linking+to+local+file+under+Firefox "I found the following worked under IE8 and JIRA 4.4.3 [file:///\\servername/\folder/\subfolder] That's…

These are the project categories.... You can group projects under categories. Administration--> Projects--> Project Categories https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Defining+a+Project Cheers

Have you tried setting the security level to "none"?
-
Maybe you have to define an event, let's say "New issue". In your workflow you add the event as a post-function of the "create issue" transition and address the event in your notification scheme. That way you would need different workflows though. One for "all issues exept the special one" where you use the normal issue…
-
I can confirm that but you don't can't do anything with those filters unless you log in. BTW I can only see those filters that have been shared with "Everyone".
-
What do you mean by task view? The issue detail view with all the information of an issue? Press t and the detail view is gone (at least as long as you don't click on another issue key:-)

What about the other questions? - Do your managers see any errors at all? - Do they see the transition in JIRA? - Has this transition been there ever since and you just decided to put a condition on it or has this been a recent update?
-
OK. But again, are they able to use the transition in JIRA?
-
What about the other questions Nic raised? Do the members see the transition in JIRA, I mean not on the GH board?
-
And you're also sure that the managers are in the group "Managers" and you're not mixing it up with a project role "Managers"?
-
Strange...are the admin users able to fire the transition?
-
Have you tried various browsers? Which one have you tested?
-
Hey, could be a bug but it's kind of hard to tell since we don't know what version you are currently running...
-
Why would you hide the field, couldn't you just not place it on any screen?
-
Yes it is. Check: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Running+multiple+instances+of+JIRA+on+one+machine Cheers Christian
-
I haven't used this plugin myself but the nFeed plugin might be the one you'Re looking for: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.valiantys.jira.plugins.SQLFeed Cheers
-
What commands are you using exactly and what response do you get ?
-
... which would be ridiculous for a company JIRA :-)

Generally you would grant the permission to a group (which by default is the jira-administrators group)in the global permissions menu. I'm not sure though if you can grant this permission if you are not a sysadmin yourself. Can you add yourfelf to the group which is associated with the sysadmin permision? Any than that,…
