At the time I wrote that I misunderstood how the table worked. It doesn't really track hits.

Try this for descending ... <ac:parameter ac:name="query">($q) AND (spacekey:SVCCAT OR spacekey:ICS OR spacekey:APPCAT) order by lastmodified desc</ac:parameter> ... or this for ascending. <ac:parameter ac:name="query">($q) AND (spacekey:SVCCAT OR spacekey:ICS OR spacekey:APPCAT) order by lastmodified asc</ac:parameter>…

Yeah, it is kinda yucky and unfortunately to the user is looks like the issue did transition. I was thinking You could also send an email to the initiator. That way they get something right away telling them that the issue they just transitioned didn't really transition ... except it sorta did. If you have any webhooks…

Yep. Should still work.

My understanding is the regex validator only works on text based fields. You could do it somewhat kludgy with Automation without having to go to a third party app. The main problem with this method is that it actually does transition for a second and then get's rerouted back and the users doesn't see that. To them it looks…

Glad it helped.

Sorry, what I meant is that an admin can create the scripts and then surface that for regular users via the included macros.
-
@Benjamin Feagin Jr You can create scripts in the admin console and then surface them on pages via included macros.
-
I'm glad it helped.

This is probably how I would do it. You could wrap the profile picture macro in a div with a class of your choosing. Then you can also add styles in the user macro to style the picture and over-ride any existing styles you do not want. One thing to note below I am adding the style in via JavaScript on purpose. There is an…

You can manually get your licenses at https://my.atlassian.com if you need them.

The "+" menu in the tool bar is a collection of page editing features and macros that Atlassian includes in the editor, but that don't really fit in the editor bar. My hunch is they were put there to save space as to try and put them all in the editor bar would make the bar really long and possibly have issues on smaller…

Do you know what versions of Confluence you are using? I have a 6.15.6 and a 7.6.0 environment and I was unable to replicate that behavior in either environment. In both enthronements I test Confluences find functionality and the browser's built-in find functionality. In both instances the page auto-scrolled to the…
-
I've not found a way to do it. I even have 7.6 install on my test server and it doesn't work there either.
-
Hmm. I'm not sure there is a way to do it with the macro parameters unfortunately.
-
The InProduct Translation used to work great. We just upgraded to 7.5.2 and it no longer works in our test environment. I've not tried it in prod yet, but my hunch is we will need to find another solution going forward.
-
That is odd that it shows up in the API documentation. I wonder if it is a place holder for future functionality.
-
When you changed the names of the pages did you include any non-alpha characters in the title of the pages? I've found that this can sometimes cause issues. Especially if the page title has a colon (:) in it.
-
Can you elaborate further where you want to put the icon? If you can provide a screenshot that would help as well.
-
I would recommend using labels for this. That is the default means of categorizing and grouping types of content within Confluence.
-
Are you saying you want to show the page in the email when the user opens the email? There is no way to embed web pages into an email. I think the best you could do would be to screenshot the page and paste that into your email. If you use Chrome or Edge there are a number of extensions that you could get that will allow…

You may have a template for creating a page using the legacy editor. If you do not have that template you can contact support to have them enable the template for your site.

@Nic Brough -Adaptavist- I was just going to ask if you meant cilantro because in the States coriander typically refers to dried seeds? Fortunately I looked it up first and learned something that I did not know. Apparently, coriander seeds and the leaves (cilantro) come from the same plant and apparently calling the stems…

I tested on my own Cloud instance. I converted a page to the new editor and then rolled it back. After rolling it back I had the old editor for that page back.
-
Amen to that!

As in a plural you? I firmly believe that y'all should be officially added as the second person plural form for English. The fact that you is both singular and plural causes too much ambiguity. I minored in Biblical Greek in college and experienced first hand that when translating from Greek (really any language) to…

Ah. I see the issue. You aren't in face creating a Space. You are simply adding pages to the hierarchy of you existing space. That is the problem. If you create a new space you should be able to do what you want. You may not have the permissions to create a space. If that is the case you would need to have your system…

Have you check to make sure that the properties of the Recently Updated macro are correct. For instance if it is limited to a label do all the pages still have the label? Of if it is limited to a space does the space still exist. If it's not a configuration issue with the macro then I would say there might be an issue with…

You can set a site homepage in Confluence Administration -> Further Configuration. That is the default site home. However, users can override that and set their own home page.

If http://confluence."mycompany".com is how you access Confluence then yes.
