My guess is that this isn't in Jira, this is likely in Exchange / Outlook.

In the context of a summary email, a given issue object likely doesn't work the way you expect. Though I think you could do this kind of thing in Notification Assistant for Jira (which we make).

Edit: Nvm, sorry, I didn't realize this was for Cloud. For Server/DC, if you need another option, Notification Assistant for Jira allows you to set up exactly this kind of notification with the contents in the email itself. We don't yet support the Excel option.

This is excellent. Does Atlassian plan to release the numbers on security timeline SLAs being met vs failed? Having an SLA is important, but it is important to understand how representative the policy is of reality.

We also support this kind of action using In-Mail Handler Pro

If you use Notification Assistant for Jira you can set the From address on each configured notificaiton.

We also support this in Notification Assistant for Jira Configure an interval and set the JQL. Shouldn't take more than a few minutes. Let me know if you need help setting this up.

@Alan Parkinson for synthetic data, the best we have right now is https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B5jXxv30t8AOZGh5dTktSXh5NHc which is a 2M issue dataset with a ton of other config elements. Proper anonymized data would be great, but not an easily solved problem.

Yes this means that it will only send every 10 mins. Your delay is likely related.

We support this kind of scenario by using Notification Assistant for Jira to notify recipients pulled from an Elements Connect field for the boss / bosses boss / whatever which gets pulled from LDAP.

If you want recipients beyond yourself and groups, you can also configure Notification Assistant for Jira to contact people based on Roles, Field values, or individual users.

Are you sure the Issue Updated event is the one being fired? For example, if you are editing a field in a transition, it could be firing a different event and using a different template. If you want to customize this via the UI, this kind of thing is supported in Notification Assistant for Jira
