Hi @Will Johnson, Since it reproduces on the command line as well it's not specifically a Sourcetree problem and is more related to Git, configuration, credentials, or access permissions. I recommend checking in with your repository admin or asking in the Bitbucket Server collection to get further help. Cheers, Brian…

Hi @matthewf_ucsd, You can install a command line tool (stree) provided with the app. The menu item (Install Command Line Tools) is under the application menu. The latest version available is 3.2.1 and has been verified with all standard ways of launching. Hope that helps, Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree

Hi @isabelle biffi, There is not a way to provide your own localization. If you find an error or a missing string, please submit a correction via our Transifex project. Cheers, Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree

Hi @Rohit Sharma, The latest version of Sourcetree for Mac (3.2.1) does not use any v1 Bitbucket Cloud APIs. Please update and let us know if still encounter any issues. Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree
-
Hi @abhilashkomara, Please download 3.2.1 directly from the website and you should be good to go. We are not triaging bugs against the 10.15 beta currently. Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree

Hi @Stuart Carnie, Are the changes from a patch or from edits? Staging itself doesn't use apply typically. Please file a ticket with complete steps for QA to investigate. Our apologies for the hiccup. Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree
-
Hi @Dave Anderson, Staging for Mercurial isn't supported by Sourcetree currently. You can vote or file a new ticket in our public trackers (Mac, Windows) for updates. Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree

Hi @Mark Are you on Windows or Mac? What version of Sourcetree are you using? Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree

Hi @Suresh Neelakandan, Are you on Windows or Mac? What version of Sourcetree are you using? Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree

Hi @davidklotzdesign, There is not a way to do so currently from within the application. We continue listening to feedback on this topic and appreciate you reaching out. Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree

Thanks for reaching out, our automated crash reporting should have this tracked. Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree

Cloning in Sourcetree does automatically configure your remotes for you or you can edit to match and should be good to go. Basic versus OAuth is primarily for API interactions with your hosting service (listing remote repositories, creating PRs)

Glad to hear things are on the mend.
-
Authentication as a whole is on the list for review. You can log a feature request for "migrating credentials for all repositories" here.

Hi @Jerry Barnes, Are you specifically using Bitbucket Server? (that's self-hosted instances only) If you registered for a free Bitbucket Cloud account specifically for this you should use the first button to log in. Please confirm. Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree

Hi @Harry Ford, A few questions… 1. what platform (OS) and version (Sourcetree) are you using? 2. what do you mean by "already registered"? (just want to clarify/confirm) 3. Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing? Thanks, Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree
-
Hi @ywlhua, It's not quite clear what issue(s) you are having… 1. what website are you able to sign in that doesn't work with Sourcetree? 2. what worked previously that does not work now? 3. which platform (OS) and version (Sourcetree) are you using? Thanks, Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree

Hi @renecum_cignium, You can't change this directly. I recommend changing your authentication settings for each repository by deleting the Keychain entries and letting Git prompt you again for them. Or simply cloning fresh if there are no local changes. Hope that helps a bit. Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree
-
Hi @Luke Noel-Storr, This isn't intentional. Please file a ticket (Mac, Windows) with details on your environment and what's happening so we can triage further there. Thanks for the report! Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree
-
Hi @Konstantin Illichev, There is no affordance specifically for this in the UI. You can create a custom action to run the command and save yourself the context switch. Hope that helps. Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree

Hi @Jennifer Davies, The "commit count" is shown when there are modified files in the local working copy. The sidebar's counts can't be hidden (it's not that) but are driven by what values it gets from the remote server in comparison to the current. Is the remote properly configured for the repository? That's in Repository…
-
Hi @Jennifer Davies, There's a global setting for 'pushing immediately' that's in Preferences -> Commit. I suspect it's enabled on your coworkers' machines. We default to off as pushing to the remote is not an undoable action. I'm not quite sure what's going on with the latter, please file a ticket and QA will take a look…

Hi @james gibbons, The installers for all platforms are available on the website. There are no specific configurations available or provided. If you are deploying on Windows in an enterprise environment see here. Hope that helps, Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree

Hi @sabiston, It does make every effort to do so, along with SSH keys when configured, but runs into problems from time to time. There are some underlying issues due to the complexity in the app's various authentication layers; the architecture as a whole is going to be revisited in a future release to definitively resolve…

Hi @knk106, When you click "Pull" in the toolbar, the dialog that comes up includes the following: The local branch which you are 'merging' into is whatever your current branch is, and the branch you are pulling (changes from others to your work) is what should be selected in the popup. Hopefully that helps clarify a bit.…

Hi @Peter Pebler, Unfortunately I don't have an immediate answer to solve this problem. There are some underlying issues due to the complexity in the app's various authentication layers and the architecture as a whole is going to be revisited in a future release to definitively resolve issues such as the one you're…
-
Hi @Hao Raphael, Our apologies for the hiccup with authentication; unfortunately I don't have a quick fix beyond making sure the SSH key is loaded into the agent with ssh-add ~/.ssh/your_key from the command line. There are some known issues in the overall architecture and it's going to be thoroughly reviewed in a future…

Hi @dare wreck, I'll have our QA team give this a try to see what happens. Thanks for your report and patience. Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree

That's unrelated to the log messages AFAIK. That's a hang and needs to be further triaged.
