Hi @qykqlr, There are a few things going on there (toolbar badge update, remote branch update, remote branch selection.) The best way to let us know about these is via votes, comments, or new tickets in our public tracker as it allows us to see the impact and include in planning. Brian Ganninger Principal Developer,…

Hi @Scotty Carpentier, What specific version are you using and on what OS? Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree

Hi @Dylan_Verheul, Search is only for that repository window, not all repositories, unless you're thinking of submodules and subtrees. Having said that it's not possible currently and you'll need to vote, comment, or create a ticket in our public tracker. Cheers, Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree

Not currently but I've let folks know.

Hi @gougmcgrath, The MSI installation of Sourcetree for Windows is intended for corporate distribution and disables automatic updating so administrators can have more control and flexibility. This is likely the source of what you're seeing. I'll ping folks about the visibility of 3.1.5 for downloading on the website, thank…

Hi @patlassianbb, Certain parts of the system aren't happy when you introduce spaces. In this case the name "Sourcetree 2.app" is being interpreted as "2.app" by gitflow_export. Please rename the app and let us know if there are still problems. Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree

Hi @Godson Retna, A few clarifications… 1. What version of Sourcetree are you using, and on what OS? 2. What version of Bitbucket Server are you using? 3. What functionality are you attempting to access when the error occurs? Our apologies for the hiccup. Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree

Hi @Eric F_, Thank you for interest, it's certainly one that's crossed our minds a time or two. That's not currently possible but we welcome feedback via votes, watchers, and comments on applicable tickets in our public tracker. These help us prioritize items for future updates. Cheers, Brian Ganninger Principal Developer,…

Hi @The Bong Traveler, We needed to make a breaking change for authentication in 3.0 which unfortunately means that only already authenticated accounts for Bitbucket are usable in 2.x. At this point we no longer support anything under 10.13 based on a variety of factors. Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree

Hi @Darian piñango Sourcetree is using the standard macOS sidebar so these behaviors are a part of the platform, like in Finder or Mail. If a section has content a Show/Hide button appears when you move your cursor over that group's header. If a section doesn't have any content, the header is shown but there is no…

Hi @Christian Lange, Once you run init git-flow the attributes are written to the config for the repository in /.git/config and that this file is shared and not an ignored file. Hope that helps a bit. Brian
-
Hi @jianbai-wang, You'll want to do one of the following: 1. select the branch in the sidebar and the commit graph will jump to the most recent one for that branch 2. You can filter based on the 'branches' popup on the left above the commit graph to 3. if you know details like commit author, date range, or message you can…
-
Hi @Christian Lange, A few questions: 1. Was the configuration change after init'ing pushed to the remote repository and then pulled by the other users? 2. What version are you using and on what OS? Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree
-
Hi @chunwen1995, We'll take a look at this and whether an existing ticket covers the work. Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree
-
Hi @Jacob Khunwana, There is not a way to install a site-wide license of any type via an image/package. You can configure several options with a profile but each new install does need to login via one of the two options (Cloud or self-hosted) to register the free application. Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree

Hi @shinnlu, 2.7.6 is the last release compatible with 10.11.x. The 3.x series works on 10.13 or higher. The error is coming from the OS when trying to run a "future" app. Hope that helps. Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree
-
Hi @Rio Lloyd, A few questions: 1. What version of Sourcetree is in use and on what platform? 2. Does it work from the command line? 3. Are they using HTTPS or SSH to connect? Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree
-
Hi @Mahesh Khambadkone, Do others users see this issue as well? Typically this means someone pushed the LFS reference (in a regular commit) but did not push the LFS source file (should be done automatically by Sourcetree and others) I recommend verifying the source file is at the expected URL and we can continue debugging…
-
Hi @ChrisHal4D, My apologies for the delayed reply. A few questions: 1. What version are you using? 2. Is the account name the same in both services? 3. What happens if you delete and then re-add the GitHub account in the app and then create the repository? 4. In Advanced preferences, you can enable the Debug menu which…

Hi @Sam Duke, Please file a ticket with details on your version of Sourcetree, OS, and the steps involved in our public bug tracker (or vote on an existing one if you see it) for us to triage and investigate for a future update. Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree

After deleting the account make sure they are no entries present in Keychain as well. I'd also recommend seeing if the problem is specific to ST or reproduces with CLI as well.
-
I'm not sure, I don't support Bitbucket Server. You'll need to ask for more information in that section.
-
@hunthan "Atlassian Stash v3.2.2" is an older version of Bitbucket Server which is currently "Bitbucket Server v6.4". Here's the documentation.
-
That also works :)

Hi @Venalyn, Your local working copy and the remote repository are different enough that Git is unable to resolve that. I recommend cloning the remote repository again to a new location, create a patch from the commits or differences, and then apply it to a new branch. Hope that helps. Brian Ganninger Principal Developer,…

Hi @hunthan, A few questions to help narrow down the problem area: 1. What version of Sourcetree are you using and on what OS? 2. What version of Bitbucket Server are you using? 3. Does it work properly if you do so from the command line instead? Thanks, Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree
-
Hi @Matt Ganz, Run the following command in Terminal: defaults remove com.TorusKnot.SourcetreeNotMAS suppressConflictsWarning and then launch the app. That removes the preference value entirely, restoring you to the default (no pun intended.) Cheers, Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree
-
Hi @Jason Machacek, We are aware of some architectural limitations around the Pipelines feature that cause the CPU spike you noticed. There are plans to address this in a future update. Thank you for your patience and feedback! Brian Ganninger Principal Developer, Sourcetree

Hi @psychlist, There is the "Refresh automatically when files change" checkbox in General preferences. If that's enabled and you are still not seeing the files you can hit Cmd+R to refresh which is easier than switching filters. With all that said, we are aware the tricky to balance area of file watching can be improved.…
