Hi Adrian, You can use Sourcetree's MSI to automate deployment and completely manage versions of our app and its dependencies as described here: https://www.sourcetreeapp.com/enterprise There is no way to automate the registration process currently (we are aware of the use case for educational labs that want to re-image…

Hi Mark, Can you please file a ticket about this for us to reproduce and prioritize? * Mac bug tracker * Windows bug tracker Thanks, Brian Ganninger Product Manager, Sourcetree
-
Hi Mohammad, Try without the <username>@ portion. It should use your configured Bitbucket Cloud account at that point. Hope that helps, Brian Ganninger Senior Mac Developer, Sourcetree
-
Hi Tessier, Please create a new ticket (Mac bug tracker) with your excellent details and we'll take it from there. Thanks, Brian Ganninger Senior Mac Developer, Sourcetree
-
Hi Sander, Our apologies for the hassle. What version are you using currently? Thanks, Brian Ganninger Senior Mac Developer, Sourcetree
-
Hi Yasir, Yes, that's the correct sequence of steps and will do exactly what you're looking for. You'll need to review the merge results, resolve any conflicts, and provide a message for the commit to your current branch. Cheers, Brian Ganninger Product Manager, Sourcetree

This isn't actually related to Sourcetree… that said, what OS are you on?
-
Hi Steven, Sourcetree is optimized to work with local repositories. There isn't a way to 'view only' for a remote repository and send commands with the app. I would recommend using the git CLI to achieve your goals here if cloning isn't really an option. Brian Ganninger Product Manager, Sourcetree

Hi Angus, Thanks for the report! I'll pass it along to the Windows folks to check out for the next update. Cheers, Brian Ganninger Product Manager, Sourcetree
-
Hi Meir, You should be able to use the introspection tools in Sourcetree to check. the Tasks Monitor on Mac (under the Debug menu) or the Process Monitor on Windows will provide more detail on what's run in the background. Brian Ganninger Senior Mac Developer, Sourcetree

Hi Christine, It sounds like you've upgraded from a 1.9.x version of Sourcetree. We removed the sidebar in favor of a new design for a number of reasons and it's been topic of discussion (with issues summarized in this comment on the ticket) since then. I'll be posting more details to further the discussion soon here on…

Hi Jos, Please check out http://sourcetreeapp.com/enterprise as well as the link to its documentation on that page. Please let us know if there's anything missing or unclear. Cheers, Brian Ganninger Product Manager, Sourcetree

For new release announcements we recommend administrators watch the Sourcetree Enterprise sub-collection here on Community. We're posting the release notes there for easy access and notifications about that topic.

Hi Florian, There was an incorrect posting on the website's Downloads Archive indicating 2.4.7 was an Enterprise release that we've since updated. 2.5.5 is the official Enterprise release. It includes disabled updating when installed via the MSI. See https://www.sourcetreeapp.com/enterprise for more details and…

You'll want to vote on and follow this ticket: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/SRCTREE-5154

It's available for updating in-app for all users. We're currently updating the website for the release and it should be live shortly.
-
The download error should be cleared up now. The website is currently being updated for 2.5.5 and should be live shortly.
-
Hi everyone, I'd like to start by acknowledging that we should have done better in communicating our intentions and how we are resolving concerns around this very passionate topic. As noted previously in thread, the substantial UX redesign was first introduced nearly two years ago for both platforms with additional changes…

Hi Fares, What OS are you on? Which version of Sourcetree are you using? Thanks, Brian
-
Hi, There is a known bug about the occasional resetting of repository configurations. We've fixed it in the 2.5.x release which is currently in the process of being rolled out to users (50% as of today.) Brian Ganninger Product Manager, Sourcetree

Hi Alec, We need to approve requested languages prior to them being visible as an "available language" although submissions can be made prior to that. I've made sure "Hungarian" (no specific region) is enabled now for both the Windows and Mac localization projects. FYI: the bar for a new language's inclusion in a release…

The download should be available when updating Sourcetree, I'll ping the team about what's going on there. The website itself is updated when we reach 100% availability for a release as detailed here. Currently 2.5.5 is at 75% availability.

Hi ferretnt, Our apologies for the inconvenience. Please file a ticket at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/SRCTREE with details (or vote/comment on an existing one) and include details about the file's path in the repo. Based on that we'll be able to determine what's going on. If it's a sensitive URL indicate that and…

Hi Nick, Thank you for your patience. The key copying is a new bug I'm not aware of, please file a ticket (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/SRCTREE) and we'll take it from there. If you don't mind, please file another ticket about the SSH tickets and which is being loaded for each account and we'll follow up on that. It's…

What OS are you on? Which version of Sourcetree are you using?
-
Also, do you have any other installs of Sourcetree floating around or is it guaranteed to be a single one?
-
This is the first report we've had like this. Out of curiosity, is there a reason you've not upgraded to the latest 10.13 release? That eliminates one source of change 😀
-
Hi Heather, There are a number of tricksy issues around this but we think they should resolved in our 2.7.2 update that will be available to all users by the end of this week. Thanks for your patience. Brian Ganninger Senior Mac Developer, Sourcetree
