Hi Govind, Have your Jira Admin make sure you have a valid Jira user license. And then make sure you have the Browse Projects permission in the Permission Scheme. Using the Permission Helper in the Scheme is most helpful.

Hi Ethan - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I am selecting Marc's answer as Accepted. Please let us know if you still have questions.

Hi Lucas, No, there is no native timer functionality like that in Jira Cloud. And I am not aware of any plans for it. It would most likely be from a third party vendor. I suggest you contact one of them in the Atlassian Marketplace.

Great! Glad to hear - and you are welcome!

Hi Linda, If you take out the part about value1 and just leave value2 does it work and exclude value2? And just to clarify - you only want work items that do not have both values in a single Description. Correct?
-
Hi Joanna, Try adding the user to the Service Desk Team project role. They will still not be an agent so they won't be able to do many things the team can, but they should then be able to people in the list of users to select.

Hi Tracy, Technically in Jira, a work item can only be in one Sprint. If it is not completed, it moves to the next sprint. This should be a rarity, and work should not by design span multiple sprints - the work should be broken up into separate units of work that can be completed in a single sprint.

You can submit a support ticket to https://support.atlassian.com/contact#/ but don't expect a call. For your colleague, it might be that she never closes her browser or that it is in cache. But it will change for her one day, too. My best advice is to start working towards the new view to make it work for you. Atlassian is…

@Andrea Dunlop - that might be one of the best TBT posts ever. :-)
-
Awesome - thanks for sharing the final working one.

Then exclude the epics from the other projects in your JQL. Project = Project A OR (project in (project B, project C) and issuetype != Epic)

Hi Matheu - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Just because the Flag can be used for other interpretations by your organization doesn't mean that it doesn't meet the need for Blocked functionality. I would argue it does but also gives flexibility to be used for other purposes if desired. Like most things, including status…

Sadly, I don't. That was a LONG time ago. It was probably a corporate address as we did a lot of federal government work. And I don't remember my first personal address either. But have had my current address for more than 20 years.
-
Did you try any of my suggestions? I have never seen or heard of this happening in Jira, so I am 110% sure it's the browser. :-)
-
Hi Sofie - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I am marking Marc's answer as Accepted. Let us know if you still have questions.
-
@John Bradley - Did you try this?
-
You are welcome :-)

Hi Amruta - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! A couple of things - first, you should be using the Parent field instead of the Epic Link field as that field has been deprecated. Second, the board being used must have a board filter that includes all of the projects. Something like project in (Project A, Project B, Project…

Hi Yogesh - did you ever get this sorted?
-
Most likely it is gone. Try to Invite the user again using the same Email address.
-
Not sure that is true. I think you can get there with just Site Admin access but can't do certain things.
-
Hi Alexander - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! You will need to be an Org Admin to be able to do that. Are you sure it is a managed account? What was the process you used to delete the user? Can you see the user in just the regular Users list? (You might have to change the filter to see everyone).

Hi Samar, 1. I suggest you move with ticket (open or closed doesn't matter) where the ticket has a Customer that is in service desk A but not in service desk B. When you do the move, it actually creates a new ticket in service desk B. So, see if it adds the user as a customer in service desk B. That would be the best…

Hi Ashleigh - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! If you use a shared Form for internal and external users, then the field will show up to both. If that's okay, then go to Space Settings > Request types and click on the Request type. This take you to the built in Form. Click in the Search box in the top right and search…

We see this kind of thing a lot here. Please post back here with the resolution, but not containing any personal information. We need to know what the fix is so we can properly guide people in the future. Thanks!
-
Hi Kevin, Oftentimes this is a timing issue. Add a Re-fetch action immediately after the Create trigger. This gives the create function time to finish and you can verify that the Request Participants field is populated.
-
Hi Joe, This is almost certainly browser behavior and not Jira. Try with Incognito or Private window mode or try a very different unrelated browser. Often times it is Extension that have been added to the browser that are causing this.
-
Yes, this is what my article above walks him through.
-
Hi @PLaksh11 Just curious but since you have the values already selected in a field, why are you populating another field with a Yes or No?
-
Hi @MSL12 - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Yes, you can create additional boards for a Team-managed space (though it is MUCH better to use a Company-managed space instead). Here is an article to help guide you.…
