Hi Matt - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I suspect the space you want to copy is a Team-managed space (and not a Company-managed) space. Or is a business space. Can you confirm the type it is?
-
Hi Houman, I am marking Trudy's answer as Accepted. Please let us know if you still have questions.

Hi Rebecca, Basically don't add any people (users or customers) to it and nobody should be able to see it. You can have a person in your organization test it out to see if they can see the portal.
-
Hi Bill, That's a pretty horrible message. But if I get the gist of it, the user exists and you added them to a project, but they don't currently have a Jira license, i.e. they are not in a group which has access to Jira. You need to go to Settings > User Management, search for the user and click on them. Then you need to…

Great! Glad to help and that you were able to solve it.

Hi Karen - please reply in line with the thread so users can follow the conversation. Were you able to find it?
-
Hi László, Please post a screenshot of the rule that you have so far. Also, what is not working with it?

Hi Nikul - I am marking Akash's answer as Accepted. Please let us know if you still have questions.

Hi Diego, Yes, Jira Service Management (and the Service Collection) require a different license. You can have up to 3 agents at no cost while you are testing it out - that will be the Free version, which you cannot control permissions for the product with the Free version. You should be able to add the product if it is not…

Hi Karen - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Is this a Company-managed or Team-managed Software space? Forms will be a menu option across the top - typically between the List and Goals options (if that one is turned on). If you still don't see it, click the More tab to the far right.

That doesn't sound like the same issue based on the posted question and description of what is happening. Most definitely is a browser issue. @Joe What's the latest so we can get this closed out
-
It was probably a bird house. I think we did that in elementary school one year. Not sure if model cars count because they came from a kit. :-)
-
You are welcome. I thought they probably would not get added. You will need to add them manually then.
-
Hi Henrique, Are you a Jira Administrator? Do you have a Premium subscription?

Hi Iceo - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I am marking Gor's answer as Accepted. Please let us know if you have more questions.

Yes, you need the ability to edit the workflow.
-
Here is an automation rule that I have that might be very similar. My last step is to link the work items, but maybe that step for you is to update the values of the fields.
-
So the "link" is the value of a field - correct? What is the field name again?
-
Nope. Still haven't settled on a solution.

Hi Audra, I am marking Akash's answer as Accepted. Please let us know if you have more questions.

Hi Paul, You can see the information in the History for the wok item in the Activity section of the work item. If you need it like in a report, could use on of the many apps in the Atlassian Marketplace - some are free and some require payment. But that is the easiest way. Another way would be to create custom fields and…

Hey Keith, I know that Jira does not play with well with distro lists at all. I am not sure what you mean by the queues are set up with email accounts though, because queues are not directly related to accounts. Regardless, I suggest you open a support ticket with Atlassian for better guidance as they have access to your…
-
Okay - not sure it that is going to be possible or not. You certainly can't prevent someone from sharing a link. You should submit a support ticket with Atlassian to get their guidance/comments. Please post back here with the response/resolution for future readers. https://support.atlassian.com/contact#/ Best of luck!
-
Hi Pierre, Is there an existing link relationship between the two work items? If not, is there a reason there is not? That would be much easier for the automation to use.
-
Hi @Thulasiraman Nagarajan - Have you verified that the third party receiving the link can actually execute it? And if yes, is there a relationship between that person and the ticket (are they in the Request Participants field or is the ticket shared with them?).

Hi Ken - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! There is a lot of confusion about this right now and there appears to be an ongoing bug with it. Here is one ticket in the JAC related to it that you can vote for and follow. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-92272 It appears sometimes it works if you do it through the…
