You are welcome! If that answered it for you, can you please click the Accept Answer button for me so we can close this one out? Thanks!

Hi Ranjitha - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Can you please share the rule that you have so far including the details of the creation of the subtasks? That way we can provide better feedback. But basically you want to copy the value from the trigger issue. But first add a Re-fetch action after the trigger action so…

Hi Super - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I am going to mark Oleksii's answer as Accepted. Please let us know if you still have questions.

Glad you got it figured out!

@Jessica Wagner What format did you end up using?
-
Hi Daniel, Just a quick first stab at this, but a lot of times those types of errors are related to Browsers. Maybe try a different browser or try with Incognito/Private Window mode.
-
Hi Jessica, The default for Jira is dd/MMM/yy So 3 M's Make sure the CSV uses that same date format for all of the dates in the CSV.
-
I don't use a lot of groups. I use the Project Roles on the project to assign people to the project instead of groups typically.

If you don't even log into the instance for a long period, they will delete your instance. You should be getting emails warning you of losing access if you don't log in. They will NOT just downgrade you to free and leave it there forever.
-
Hi Arnaud, Are you copy from the Description or to the Description?
-
Hey Raj, I am going to mark Pawar's answer as accepted. Please let us know if you still have questions.

Hi Panicha, This is just a user community. However if some Atlassian folks run into it, can you provide some more details about exactly what you are looking for?
-
Yes, almost always there are multiple Start dates that show up in an instance.
-
Hi Kevin, Had you used it before and it worked? Or was this the first time? I suggest you use the Old process to give it a try. For the Assignee and Reporter fields be sure to use email addresses.

I have zero musical talent. The only thing I have ever played was the recorder back in elementary school.

Hi Ibrahim - I am doing well! I hope all is well with you, too. Opsgenie is now a part of Operations. The best place it to use the built in Zabbix integration from within Opsgenie/JSM. You can get there here: https://yourdomain.atlassian.net/jira/settings/products/ops/integrations

Hi Avi - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! When a field gets cleared out, it is usually because the value in the field is not valid. So it might be that the variable is not getting set. Add a log action to after the variable to see what it is. Also, you might want to put in a Re-fetch action right after the Trigger to…

You could use a label then - it is across all Spaces.

Hi Johnathan, Go to Settings > User Management > Apps > Atlassian Apps > then Manage app for the product you want to edit. There you can take Org Admins group out of having access to the product and just handle it another way for those users.

If the reporter was the client and then the supervisor changed the reporter to themselves, that is the problem. You need to change the Reporter back to the client. There should be no reason for the supervisor to change the reporter to themselves.

Sorry for the slowness in responding. I can't speak to whether that is the right expectation to have or not, I just know what reality is now. Yes, Twilio is the only mechanism they have in place right now to receive calls. I have a client that has their own phone system which will route calls to the people on duty at the…

Hi Peter - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Since this was a short term project, I am sure it is all wrapped up. But I am going to mark Marc's answer as Accepted. Let us know if you have more questions.

Hi Elaine, The hierarchy is based on work types (issue types) so you can group by that on a board or list screen. Or create a timeline/plan and group by that. Or create swimlanes based on work type query.
-
I would stay with the Standalone dedicated password manager or connect your Jira with something like Atlassian Guard and then connect to Okta or AD or whatever your IAM tool is.
-
Thanks for the update. Yes, once you merge the accounts, you should be in good shape.
-
Hi Victor - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! What are the phone numbers used for? Are they the phone numbers of the agents on call? Or is it a phone number for a call center for people to call into?
-
Hi Jasmine, First, I would say pretty much all of the leading ones do a good job of it. If you are using one already, just go with that. Second, logins are not unique to the Atlassian products - meaning there isn't a different one for JSM or for Jira or Confluence, etc. You just have a login for your Atlassian account…

Hi Hunter, It's probably worth the effort to create a support ticket with Atlassian as it might be a bug they need to fix. One question, is there a reason you are not selecting any products? Have you tried selecting at least one product to see if it behaves differently? https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

And is this Data Center or Cloud? You have added tags for both.
